Hi beloved listener!
In this episode I have the pleasure of speaking with Didi King - a Prosperity and Mindset Coach. She embodies the concept that the most successful people in business and life in general understand, “you become what you think about most of the time.”
As humans have become more ecologically and environmentally aware over the last century or so, we’ve come to understand that a small change in any particular ecosystem can have important – and unexpected – consequences for another. Slowly but surely, many have also been grasping this concept of interconnectedness and oneness in a more abstract or spiritual way too.
Recent research from Germany has shown that this sense of oneness can have important positive repercussions for us all. In a study of over 75 000 people, researchers found a positive correlation between an expressed belief in oneness and reported levels of life satisfaction. Simply put, the more you sense the interconnectedness of humanity, the more likely you are to feel that you are living a fulfilling life.

We all know how helpful, and even crucial, mindfulness is to a balanced, calm, and fulfilling life.
Far beyond just something you do while sitting in lotus position with your eyes closed, mindfulness can also be done standing, walking, and lying down.
What do we do then, in order to stay in conscious awareness of our thoughts? You bring that mindfulness into everything you do during your awake state: mindful eating, mindful drinking, mindful driving, and any other action we experience in our daily lives.
How to stay mindful during sleep according to science and spirituality
To start practicing staying mindful while asleep, start by lying down in your bed.
Close your eyes and focus on the inhale and exhale right up until the moment you fall asleep.
Perform a sweep with your awareness over your entire body until you’re asleep.
As soon as you wake up, continue your simple mindfulness practices of sweeping and breathing.
Cultivating the mind for conscious awareness
We may have previously thought that it would be impossible to have a mind at total peace and serenity while asleep.
Holistic lifestyle means taking into account all levels of our being: the physical, the emotional, the mental, the intellectual and the spiritual one!
The holistic approach to who we really are helps us tapping into our gigantic inner powers to clearly express our unique core. This is essential to becoming truly healthy, happy, harmonious and constantly evolving!
As self-aware human beings, we are connected to a higher intelligence. Some call it Source, Universe, or collective consciousness, and still others, God. Your connection with higher intelligence is the means through which you are able to access your innate intuition, gifts, skills, and information — the stamp that makes you, YOU.
The state of spiritual inner well-being is in fact a sui generis cocktail of certain elevated, sublime, transcendental, more or less divine states and experiences that some of us live.
Then they generate in our being, just like a corollary, a complex, profound state that is in a certain measure tangent with the Divine Good.
The secret ingredients to spiritual well-being…
Nobody likes to suffer. And then we can ask ourselves why is there so much suffering in the world? Pleasure and pain, joy and suffering, happiness and sadness, they are all but the opposite facets of the same coin that is life. We can’t have one without automatically meeting the other one. But if we don’t want to suffer, what should we do? Surely there must be a force that pushes us towards the cause of the suffering and this force is the imperious need to have an identity.
Grounding – an efficient, easy and pleasurable way to reduce inflammation and chronic disease. Did you know the energy from the Earth can help you live a healthier life? The concept is known as earthing or grounding, which is no more complicated than walking barefoot.
Meditation in order to process internal information consistently, cultivate a quiet and receptive mind in order to discover our true selves and spiritual awareness, and also to return back to center each time we are pulled away from ourselves, makes this process infinitely easier. Not easy, but easier because we have the right tools to get us back on the path each time we wander. Which we inevitably will. For this tool in particular always takes us home: back to higher consciousness and knowledge of our unbounded nature as consciousness. We just have to remember to use it, whenever we need to. And ideally without any conscious thought so that we can remain on this path of spiritual evolution, growth and development, as consistently as possible. Always moving forward. Always evolving!
Our lives are much like movies and we are the unknowing participants sitting in that theater.
Throughout our days we become so involved in this movie that we forget that we’re just witnesses.
But they are all stories just the same.
Sometimes we get so heavily invested in these volatile stories that we create habits of pain, self-hatred and chaos in our lives.
This is where the practice of mindful self-compassion comes in.
We know so little about ourselves! Both the Holistic Yoga system and modern science say we know and we use approximately 5-7% of our innate capacities!
Here comes 25 amazing psychic curiosities it is important for you to know about!
Grapes have been known for thousands of years as the “fruit of the gods” because of their exceptional nutritional and curative qualities. Called natural multi-vitamins by scientists, grapes are one of the most complete foods. Medical studies confirm that black grape is one of the healthiest fruits. It contains vitamins, minerals, and resveratrol - one of the most powerful natural antioxidants known; pycnogenol – the second most exogenous antioxidant, lycopene, lutein, bioflavonoids, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, manganese, copper, antocianide, ellagic acid and melatonin.
In the Lunar cycle there is are several very important moments: Full moon with its negative influence, and two days before full Moon, where its influence is particularly beneficial on our planet. It is a privileged day, called the period of beauty and universal harmony or Tripura Sundari.
In her spiritual evolution, the human being passes through different stages, each of them having some specific characteristics.
Recognizing these characteristics can open the path toward superior levels which leads us to perfection.
Each level corresponds to one of the main 7 chakras.
In life, we always have the choice to be in resistance or to be at peace with ourselves and the surrounding environment.
When we are at peace and content, we attract positive energy in the form of positive thoughts, feelings, and vibrations.
These bring happiness, wellness, health, and vitality into our lives.
The 12 tricks cover everything, from physical activity, healthy eating, meditation to stress management.
"Too bad that he read so much, because despite of it, he does not manage life at all."
How many times did you think about someone, or you actually have had the intuition that the person is worse in the field of emotional intelligence than in that of cognitive intelligence (rated by IQ).
Why do you exist? bWhy have you incarnated on Earth? What is your soul’s level of enlightenment? We souls evolve in a predictable way, and the map for our journey is written within our very DNA. The evolutionary map is the chakra system. If you understand the essential meanings and messages embedded within each chakra, you’ll understand the evolutionary steps your soul takes on its way to Remembering WHO YOU ARE.

We all know by now that if we want to stay healthy and to make our body fight against and prevent many different diseases, we should keep it in alkaline condition. But, as we all know, many factors can influence that and can make it more acidic, or even highly acidic. Environmental factors, processed foods, all types of chemicals, stress and other factors can cause this!
Everything around us takes place in cycles: the days of the week, the months of the year, the seasons, the cycles of education and so on. Many spiritual traditions teach us that the exterior mirrors what it is within. This means that if there are external cycles, than there are as well internal cycles.
Have you ever wondered what makes you really happy? The bank account? Good health? A lesser amount of clothes? Your child's success? Many people think they need some objects to be happy and that happiness will come when they reach their goals. The French poet Guillaume Apollinaire said, "From time to time, it's good to stop looking for happiness and simply be happy." Perhaps you should also take a break and reflect on the remarks in this episode. It may change the way you perceive happiness!
The concept of spiritual liberation (MOKSHA) involves two aspects. First, there is an "I", a soul that reaches MOKSHA, and secondly, this soul or "me" is chained because only a being that is chained can become free. Thus, MOKSHA involves chaining. Holistic tradition accepts the existence of an individuality, an "ego" as the one who knows (JNATA) and the one who acts (KARTA). This "me" is chained and therefore is not capable of enjoying its true nature. Therefore, before understanding what MOKSHA – Liberation - is, it is necessary to know the nature of the chaining. Chaining is ignorance (AJNANA) or, better said, ignoring the real nature of our being.
Recent scientific research has led to the extraordinary conclusion
Recent scientific research has led to the extraordinary conclusion that an essential role in the very fine processes of thought has some interactions in the brain that involve cosmic particles from the lepton family. Leptons are a category of light elementary particles of which the electron, the neutrins or the miuon are still a mystery, a cosmic mystery, for particle physics researchers. For the time being, there is no precise technique to measure and appreciate the role of leptons in brain function, but it is certain that the leptonic field, which the scientists intuit, together with the magnetic field, puts us in direct and continuous contact with the information in the whole universe.
It is always very good for us to become aware of our own ignorance.
Very often we run after chimeras to avoid confronting our own inner world.
Before starting to climb to the highest spiritual heights, it is better for us that we first start to purify our being.
When was the last time you really checked in with yourself and took the time to listen attentively to your consciousness, body and soul?
When was the last time you really took the time to understand your thoughts, feelings, dreams and desires? We all get stuck in the trap of moving through life without questioning what we are doing, or how we are feeling. Operating from this state however, often leaves us feeling stressed, overwhelmed and out of touch with who we truly are.

Ancient astrologers have assigned in karmic astrology the four elements of earth, water, fire, and air to better characterize the signs of the zodiac. This is not by chance, as it was typical of their vision of the cosmic world. Each group of three signs reveal a basic feature in human individuality.

Training your most powerful instrument, your mind, is one of the best investments you can do!
The YOGA system is the “Path of the Divine Infinite” or the “Pathway to Infinity”. This suggests the fact that the ultimate purpose of YOGA practice is the direct, effective revelation of the Divine Reality. In other words, the realization of a continuous conscious contact with the Supreme Primordial Cause.
So you see the “big picture”. You’ve awakened to the realization that the planet has been hijacked by a small number of ruling elite psychopaths. You want to do something about it.
