The Morning Drive with A-A-Ron serves to educate business leaders and associates alike on The Science of Productivity. We explore the central equation to The Science of Productivity, which is, People + Passion = Productivity. I am trying to help educate leaders on how to engage, inspire and motivate their teams through open, honest, compassionate engagement.
This episode goes deeper into engagement into more intentional, one-on-one methods. The focus of Episode 4 is mentorship; we explore how to select and engage mentees and the benefit to all parties and the organization.
In episode three of the science of productivity, we go into the concept of engagement and how it relates to making meaningful connections with your employees. We give examples of good engagement as well as bad engagement and why it is important to double down on engaging positively with the people who work for you.
