On 12/20/2102, I featured the story of Carlos Miller's trial. His story illustrates how vile our so called "justice" system is. Sure, he prevailed, but only after a long ordeal that cost him a pretty penny.
Carlos' website is: http://www.photographyisnotacrime.com/
His first of 13 youtube vids of that court proceeding is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvI-aF9FrfE&list=UUby-X956H1uhnTMA0bqzkFg
The documented story of his more recent trial (in which he PREVAILED) is here: http://www.photographyisnotacrime.com/2012/12/14/here-are-the-videos-of-my-trial-and-acquittal/
Also in this radio show is a listener's comment, issues about gun control in the wake of the Connecticut school shooting, a brief report of my most recent hearing in Small Claims Court where I am attempting to collect my costs by cops who acted under color of law.

An up-to-date accounting of Jose Guerena's murder is well documented on wikipedia.
"Asleep after returning from a 12-hour overnight shift at the ASARCO Mission mine, Guerena was awakened about 9:30 AM by his wife who heard noises outside their house, later identified as flash/bang grenades deployed by police in the back yard as a diversion.[2] He instructed his wife and 4-year-old son to hide inside a closet while he grabbed his AR-15 rifle and crouched down preparing to defend himself from whomever was breaking into his home. The Sheriff's Department initially claimed Guerena had fired on officers; at least three of the SWAT members including the team commander reported in their post-operation debriefings that they had observed muzzle flashes aimed at them from inside the house.[3] Other officers stated they saw splinters from the doorjamb being hit by bullets. The shots that caused this were determined to come from other members of the SWAT team.[4] "There were five officers at the door beginning to make entry into this home, when they engaged this individual that they believed was actually firing at them."[5] Other versions of this story claim that officers started shooting after Guerena pointed the gun at them, though under questioning they were initially unsure whether he had actually moved to target them.[3] At this point the five person team fired 71 rounds at Guerena in seven seconds, who died after being hit 22 times.[6][7] An investigation revealed that Jose had not fired his weapon. The AR-15 rifle Guerena allegedly pointed toward officers was found loaded, but with the safety engaged."

For the second time, William “Bill” Scott was my guest on my radio show. Bill is a consultant, author, and former Air Force flight test engineer. His son, Erik Scott, was murdered by Sheriff Douglas “Gestapo” Gillepsie’s regime. Gillespie is the sheriff for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Under his watch, his regime has killed more innocent people than any other comparatively sized community in the U.S. And his drones are literally getting away with murder.
With the lawsuit behind him, Bill is now free to pursue other avenues for justice. One such endeavor is the writing of his fictional book, “The Permit.”
Notes and excerpts from the interview,
Bill said about his fictional book, “[Metro] has a permit to kill and do whatever they want with no restrictions. But the lesson that they haven’t learned yet is that when you think you’re the biggest dog on the block, that’s when you discover there’s another dog that’s bigger than you are.”
Bill believes that the LVMPD union supporters despise him and his family because, “we pushed back on them and that infuriates them, because most of the victims’ families just ride into the sunset and that’s the end of the story.”
“My son had nothing more than a Black Berry cell phone in his hands and they tried to make it out as if he actually pulled a gun out of his holster – which, by the way, it’s physically impossible.”
On Wednesday, March 14, 2012, it was my honor to interview Bill Scott, father of Erik Scott, a West Point graduate murdered outside a Las Vegas Costco in 2010 by Sheriff Gillespie's trained dogs.
Please listen to this podcast and begin to awaken to the tyranny that has become the U.S.A.
Caesar Cruz was murdered by Anaheim cops. Since that day, his mother, Theresa Smith, has relentlessly sought justice for Caesar.
In this, my first podcast, I captured Theresa's voice as she provided a glimpse of what her life has been since the day that four Anaheim undercover cops murdered her son.
Amber Stephens captured the story well as she described the tangled web of deceit practiced by public servants at every level in Caesar’s murder. Her reporting subtly captures the insanity of the “war on drugs.” Sadly, Theresa’s story is becoming all-too common as our children and loved ones are being executed with more frequency than ever before, by public servants who not only get away with murder, but get rewarded for killing, as if their murders were valient and honorable.
There is nothing honorable about murdering an innocent father of five children.
This podcast captures what local "lame-stream" media has failed - and will continue to fail to report.
