Hakan Ludvigson

Deep house and techno producer from Gothenburg, Sweden. I released my first dance music record in 2008 - a 12" vinyl called Trollflöjten. My first album 'Soulroom' came in 2011 and I've done a bunch of EPs, remixes and collaborations since then.

As a DJ, I've spent a lot of time in the booth. I did about 150 international DJ shows in the past few years. I've played some of the world's largest clubs as well as raves in the weirdest places (i think the WWII bunker in Cologne, Germany was the strangest). I like all kinds of music and can play a wide range of styles, but lately I have the most fun playing early night deep house or late night full-blown techno.

In 2004 i founded the record label Substream with two friends. We've released amazing music since then and are today proud to say that Substream is the leading electronic record label group in West Sweden. We also own the labels Clubstream, Dansant, Mareld and Uberstrom.

It's all about the music. I listen to music most of my day. Demos, new tracks from my favourite artists, ongoing music projects, and whatever i come across.

I like to think of myself as accessible. I try to reply to all the email and fanmail i get, and i reply to all the demos i get, if they are not mass-mailouts.
