In today's episode I interviewed Rick Galarneau, Founder/Consultant at Mass Radon. Rick is a certified radon mitigator, he was trained at the National Radon Proficiency Program sponsored by Rutgers University. Rick is listed with the Mass. Board of Health and the Radiation Control Program.
Rick founded the company in 2003 as an off shoot of a property inspection business. He was doing testing but found that there were no certified mitigators in western Mass. So he went through training, courses and testing, became certified and started installing radon systems. Rick sold the company to John Dicken in 2017 and John has continued to provide the expertise and great customer service that Rick always tried to provide.

In today's episode I interviewed Tim Hodnicki, owner and president of Electrical Experts. Tim Went to school at Smith Vocational in Northampton for electrical to begin his career as an electrician. He worked for a couple local business until he found his way to Easthampton Electrical Service in 2002.
Tim went from temporary help to full time and finished out his apprenticeship to become a licensed electrician. From there he climbed through the ranks from foreman to project manager and estimator then Vice-President until August of 2018 when he purchased the business and is now owner and president.
