A journey through time and space following the stardate order of every episode of Star Trek. We focus on the technology and how it stacks up to that of the time of production and the present day. We also look at the ethical questions raised about technology. Although mainly it is just two friends going way off subject while trying to talk about Star Trek.
Things go off the rails quickly as Richard brings up soft robotics and the guys get distracted by what uses they might have...
We watch the season 3 episode Destiny (not Defiant) of Deep Space Nine. We then talk- not much about DS9 or Star Trek. We try- we really do try. We just fail.

We are back! You were warned and you didn't listen. Oh it's just a terrible podcast not really about Star Trek you said- it can't do any harm you said. HAHA!
We decided to change things up a bit (notice the new name?) and this is our first new episode with the new format.

Everyone's favorite Doctor is back which means this is already one of the best episodes of Enterprise yet. Now the question is can these two actually say anything about Star Trek.
This show has come to a dead stop! Let's see if the crew of our ship can find anything interesting to talk about as the crew of Enterprise waits for repairs to their ship at a lifeless repair station.
Richard realizes he didn't just watch a show about WWII and instead about a Captain looking for connections in all the wrong places.
We're back to talk about the first stand alone episode of Enterprise in season 2; Carbon Creek. Enjoy?
Once again the team talks...about Star Trek- eh not so much. Richard shows the possible depths of his paranoia and reminds us privacy means nothing! As always there are a few lessons even a mediocre episode of Star Trek can provide.
Do we talk about Star Trek? Sometimes. Do we talk about Star Trek in this episode...no not really. There are some wonderful Richard ramblings.
Well this went sideways quick. Richard admits to a belief that is...questionable? Braden is generally confused and often wrong (par for the course) and together they talk about Star Trek for about 4.7 seconds.
Zobral!!! Need we say more! We discuss the season 1 episode of Enterprise Dessert Corssing or The One With Zobral! Now we can't wait for Zobral to meet sassy Vulcan grandma.
We discuss the season 1 Enterprise episode Fallen Hero and you know what that means- Richard laughs. Surprised?
We are the hosts- we will watch water polo and we will enjoy it. We will then discuss an episode of Star Trek Enterprise that is entitled Vox Sola.
Don't get too detained listening to this! We didn't even make a you can call me Al joke! Richard though did laugh- a lot. In between all that we did discuss the Enterprise episode Detained.
Is this paradise? Is this Second Life? Is this a story about the best father ever? It could be any and all of those! We try to talk about the Star Trek Enterprise episode Oasis!
Oh no! The Enterprise has been invaded by aliens we have never seen before. So we have to talk about it and break down this new alien race :)
We discuss the episode Rough Planet and through doing so learn quite a bit about Richard and how his mind works. Listen at your own risk :)
We watched the season 1 episode Fusion of Enterprise and decided we aren't the right people to talk about the main event of this episode. So we spend some time talking about how to make a good version of Faith of the Heart. It's possible. We believe this!
The hosts get in their own shuttlepod to learn quotes Stephen Hawking never said. They eventually do discuss Star Trek and this episode of Enterprise.
We finally watched Sleeping Dogs- episode 14 of season 1! YAY!!! We even talk about it a bit between discussing Texas, Saunas, and guns on robot dogs. Remember you can find us on:

We watched Enterprise. We probably watched them out of order. We just aren't going to bother worrying about it! We also have the shirted conversation yet as there really wasn't much to this episode aside from the message that swift decisive action is always the logical choice!
We did it! We truly had no idea what we were doing and watched different episodes! We fixed our mistake and are getting this out on time! Even if time is wibbly wobbly and timey wimey!
For the episode we do try to talk about Star Trek Enterprise. We just get really sidetracked with cars that can read your mind, dentists, and space sexual combatants.
Richard can be anything but silent. Unless you write to him in which case silence is what you'll get back apparently. There could also be some discussion around Star Trek Enterprise. Also the return of space flashlights and they are just as terrible as ever!
We discuss the episode Cold Front! The utility of future salt shakers comes into question as does how much you should trust the person who brings you eggs. Richard has gone full Florida Man in honor of Trip and it is starting to show.
The holodeck is up and running again- this time virtually. There were a few bumps in the road although they didn't stop us from actually talking about Star Trek for most of the episode! Ever wished there was football in space? Well the first minute of this episode then is for you (of this show- not the podcast, we of course digress on football in space...because why wouldn't we?)!
Consent! It still exists in the future Captain Archer! Also human telepathy will not end well (because the person who believes in it doesn't type these notes)! Muhahahaha. Oh also we do talk a bit about an episode of Star Trek Enterprise.
We discuss the Season 1 episode Breaking the Ice and are able to stay relatively on track! Just remember- Cyborgs and plants have rights too. Also water is intelligent. Plus Vulcans wouldn't make snow-Vulcans because they are too busy writing their baby business plans.
