You heard about that new Fantastic Four movie? Well we went out and saw it so you didn't have to. Good news, according to the box office reports, you didn't! Better news, you were right not to! The Nerd Pals discuss just how bad this movie is and what it means for Fox and for other superhero movies going forward. They also make fun of Denny's a bit more. Do they regret their partnership with such a bad movie now? Not as much as you'll regret THE THING BURGER, AVAILABLE NOW AT DENNY'S!
The Nerd Pals spend just, like, a bunch of time talking about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the current comic and TV series which bears their name. How long can two people talk about it? I was going to make a joke about how long this episode is, but we certainly could have gone longer, so now that's the joke. Think of that one on your own time, nerds.
The Nerd Pals pull it together and eventually create a super-team of fictional non-superhero characters. Okay, there might be a couple of sort-of superheroes, or "pseudoheroes." The rules? Well, they're kinda fluid, honestly. The fictional pool from which we pulled? Whatever we could think of at the time. The results? Actually, those are pretty sweet. Give it a listen and see how many dinosaurs make the seven-character team (HINT: six too few).
The Nerd Pals discuss the timeline of the Pokémon games and ask (and very rarely answer) hard-hitting Pokémon questions like:

The Nerd Pals are barely a month late to the game as they talk about the Jurassic World and the villains of the original Jurassic Park! SPOILERS: Amanda hates raptors and those friggin kids and Tim hates movie history's greatest villain, Dr. Ian Malcolm.
Our first podcast to talk exclusively about comics! Certainly not our last of these sort of episodes because BOY do we love talking about this stuff. Discussed herein are topics like Marvel, East of West, Secret Wars, Sonic the Hedgehog, Archie, solicits, publishing schedules, and characters who are every single ninja turtle except the smart one. We love us some comics, you guys, and I'm sure you do too.
Alright guys, I'll level with you - we're obviously running a little late on this one. But we never promised speed, we barely even promised competency. Really more implied it. What we did promise is Nerds and Pals. So Tim and Amanda delve in to Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil, a show that was pretty great and that you probably already watched. What'd you think? I'm actually interested, but I'm aware you can't respond, so listen to the episode and tell us on iTunes or whatever.
