We are back with little talks in English! This episode features Sally Amsterdamer who is a creator of RideAbility programme which is focusing on the flatwork for showjumpers. We are going to talk about Sally's personal sport background, the main philosophy of her training programme and bring up her favourite exercises for horses and riders. We will get into a deep discussion about progression of our athletes as well as their trainers to support correct development of our horse's bodies.

My guest in this episode is sport psychologist- Jagoda Smoleńska. Jagoda was an active participant in the eventing with vast training background. During our conversation we have highlighted the growing importance of sport psychologists in the equestrian world, discussed the important role of parents in the development of young athletes and opened up about the importance of talking about issues we can all come across when training.

We were talking about the changing perception of riders as athletes, searching for advice for riders in the area of their own mobility and health. We have also shared some easy activity ideas that could help to balance our work in the saddle, and could be easily done at home.
