Jonah Wasn’t Just Running From God — Here’s the Real Reason
We’ve heard Jonah’s story preached a hundred times, the runaway prophet, the storm, the fish. But have you ever stopped to think of Jonah’s side of the story?
This conversation was a special segment from Together in Worship 2.0, where we played a game called Pick or Pass, took Jonah’s story and looking at it through the lens of our own. We even got powerful stories from the audience that made us realize just how relatable Jonah’s journey really is.
In this Legacy moment with Tuzzi, we explore the fears, frustrations, and uncomfortable truths about obeying God when you don’t agree with His plan.
💬 Expect deep truths wrapped in laughter, vulnerable moments that hit too close to home, and fresh insights you’ve probably never considered about Jonah’s journey.
In this episode you’ll learn:
Why Jonah’s decision to run might be more relatable than you think.
How calling and comfort often collide in our walk with God.
The subtle ways fear and pride can hide under “good intentions.”
Why God’s assignments sometimes expose the parts of us we’d rather hide.

Life in God Demands Obedience (Are You Truly Yielding to His Will?)
Many believers desire to walk with God, but without true obedience, our faith journey can feel stagnant. We pray, set goals, and make plans, yet often still rely on our own understanding. But here’s the truth: Life in God is built on obedience, not just hearing His voice, but responding to it, even when it doesn’t make sense.
Some people follow their emotions or logic, but God's instructions transcend human reasoning. Ignoring His lead can leave us stuck, frustrated, and far from purpose. Yet, when we yield to His direction, our lives align with His divine plan, bringing clarity, peace, and lasting impact.
In This Episode, You’ll Learn:🔹 What obedience is really about 🔹 Why Obedience is better than sacrifice🔹 The consequences of selective obedience and delayed action🔹 How to function effectively in obedience🔹 How to handle thoughts about failure and surrender fully to God’s lead
