In this episode, my guest Tracy Dwyer and I talk about how we can resolve conflict in our marriages. Marriage is difficult and we can either help our marriage become better or spiral out of control. Here are a few takeaways from this episode.
*Conflict isn't always bad. It can lead us to better our communication.
*There's always hope for every marriage.
*Ultimately our needs are fulfilled in Christ, not our spouse, but there are ways we can share our needs with our spouse that can be beneficial to our marriage.
*When conflict arises over and over about the topic, stop and evaluate where the conversation breaks down. Then make the changes needed to stop that breakdown.
*There is a way to express hurt well.
