We are a product of our own choices and where we decide to put our trust matters alot and will impact our lives accordingly.
Trust,Lean and acknowledge are key components to align us right with God.
We all face challenges daily and most likely with our feeble attempts we come to realize that we are running out of strength, power and desire to proceed on.And quickly we find out that we are weary,tired,exhausted and sometimes feel hopeless and helpless.
The secret of waiting on God with expectant trust and hope opens a new door that God increases our strength,tapes into new power to replace our weaknesses, and are able to run and be not weary,walk and not faint.
So friend, Wait of the Lord!!
Jesus had promised that He would destroy the temple and in three days rebuilt it.(It was a metaphor)referring to Himself that He would die and resurrect on the third day.
His resurrection has given us new hope,our faith has been renewed in Him,death has been overcome and His detractors put to shame.
Nothing is too difficult or impossible for the Lord to resurrect in your life.ONLY BELIEVE!!
We all want freedom to do what we think is good and best for ourselves and such we make decisions that could be detrimental to our own lives. We seek freedom,and move away from God and His loving love only to realize that we made mistakes by seeking what our flesh desired.
In our dire need,we can decide to come back to our senses and purpose to go back to the father and seek His help and embrace.
God will gladly welcome,embrace us back to His fold and restore us back to our former status for we are His children and He is our compassionate father.
Hope is a confident expectation that the things God has said or promised will come to pass.
Today's challenges, circumstances and situations that we encounter daily erodes away our trust in God and makes us feel hopeless and helpless and many resign from hanging in there and quickly and helplessly throw in the towel.
This is defeat and that is Satan's goal.
But God's divine Word has power to alter the landscape and give us a new and fresh start. 🙌
Godliness and Contentment is great gain to our lives as its the only remedy to cure the inner void of our lives. People may acquire everything material that they desire and yet there remains a void in them that they don't know how and what to fill it.
Character and fruit of the Spirit controlled live defines whom we are as we stay focused to lay hold on eternal life.
Christmas is a special season that we should reflect on God's faithfulness and love to mankind to have sent us His only Son to come into the world to save us from our sins,and also to restore the intimate fellowship that God originally had in mind for mankind.
Beyond the eating and drinking,there must be a special time set aside to reflect on what Jesus's birth has done to our lives and those around us.

We all want to bear fruit for its a sign that we are productive.
We all desire to have increase in whatever we do and if we miss it ,then we feel we lack something.
The same with Jesus Christ who desires us to bear fruit for He is our source of life.
The secret of us bearing much fruit is by us remaining or abiding in Him.On our own we can't for we must draw sap from the vine.
We all have the potential to bear much fruit when connected and abiding in the Lord and Him in us.
How much fruit are you bearing remains the question to be answered?
We all engage in conversations on daily basis.The quality of our conversations will be measured by whether it builds up or brings down others.
The key to overcome is by us learning to always give a soft response or answer and that comes by us having the proper knowledge of what our conversations are all about.
Knowledge coupled up with wisdom will free us from the traps that the enemy lays to trap us.
We all face challenges,situations that seem to weigh us down and we feel to be forsaken and lonely.God's Word encourages us to turn all those loads to Him and He will strengthen us in all our ways.
He won't allow us to be defeated nor be losers,but will give us victory because Jesus Christ has already conquered all for us.
Worry is a deadly thing that has killed the lives of many people and knows no boundaries or class.Knowing our priorities right will set us to apart of victory and peace.Know what your part is and what God's part is.Then do your part and leave God's part to Him.
As humans,we are constantly faced with the unknowns of life as we move around from our present position to the one we want to get to.
Nobody can vividly tell what will happen in our lives but only Jesus whom knows and understands us well for we are His creation.
We must find a place and a person to turn unto when we are faced with all these unknowns and that place and person is in Jesus Christ our only Savior and hope.
There are only two phases of life that God has given man.The temporal physical life that is for now and the permanent or eternal life that is for the future that is eternal.
God is eternal and wants us to live for eternity not temporal for everything will pass away but eternity will forever remain.
Those who intimately walk and live with Him,will ultimately get into eternity with Him.
You have a choice to decide which side of life you would want to be.
The world is full of storms that none of us understands or knows how to effectively solve them because we have no control over mother nature and thus they threaten to end our lives at any moment.
But Jesus Christ being the creator of that mother nature and storms included,only has the ability and capability to completely calm them and bring peace.He is the prince of peace over nature and nothing is impossible with Him.
Call on Him in your day of trouble and He will deliver you and you will glorify Him.
We all have desires for our lives and would do anything to make sure we get them.But as a child of God,you have the greatest spiritual desire that you can seek and get life's fulfillment. And that is to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of your life to behold and inquire of God's doing in amazement and awe.
Christmas is a great moment we celebrate to acknowledge of God giving us His Son to come and save us from the shackles of Satan.
Jesus came to bring us peace as He Himself is the Prince of Peace.His favor and kindness is what we all need in our lives more than anything else.
Celebrate knowing that we have victory in Christ the Lord.
We all desire to be successful and shine overnight.But God's way of preparation is quite different and sometimes not easy many would want to think.
It's a painful process and may be tedious and one may feel to abort it by bolting out,but that won't help and have you be what God intended you to be.
His process may be slow,meticulously done until you become what He designed you to be.Be patient and allow the process!
None of us has knows or has control over the future,but only God does.Since that is the case,then all we can do is take steps to prepare ourselves for that future so that we don't get caught up by surprise.
The wise virgins took their lamps with oil while the foolish only took their lamps.And as the bridegroom delayed,they all slumbered and when He finally came came the foolish were caught unaware because their lamps had not oil to trim them.
Be wise and prepare for the future of which you have no control over but you can do what is within your reach-to prepare yourself.
We all have two options in life and our future only depends which of the options we decide to take.
If we take the option of wanting to be successful, then we must be ready to sacrifice a number of things and do away with them so that the time and energy that could have gone to them is invested into our future.Equally,if we decide to take the easy part of life,then we sacrifice our bright and successful future with the present short enjoyment that only last for a shot while and quickly fades away leaving us empty and poor.
We all encounter problems, challenges in our daily lives and we are likely to feel hopeless and helpless to solve such challenges.
God our Creator has wonderful plans and thoughts for each one of us and such thoughts are of giving us a hope,future and peace.
All we need to do is call on Him and He will listen to our cries and come to our rescue.
Times when we feel weak,defeated and ready to quit requires us to learn that Jesus Christ came,suffered, got rejected, killed and buried and many thought that was it.But little they know that, that was only the start of great breakthroughs and blessings that were to follow.
When our hearts and eyes have witnessed what the Lord has done,we get revived and new energy to tell our hearts that it shall be well with our souls irrespective of what the present circumstances may seem like.
Be cheerful and know that the Lord lives 🙏!!
We all need the light to be able to see clearly what we are doing.However,the same light that we all desire may be dimmed out by sin,or intentionally putting it out.You are the light and your good works says alot and once men see it,they glorify God.
God is light and in Him is no darkness at all so are you if the triune God has made an abode in you.
We are created by God and it's only Him who understands us well and what needs to be done in our lives.
He is the only one who can fix our flaws and make us be what He intended us to be.
As manufacturers specialize in making vehicles and knows everything to do with them,so does our God who has created us and knows all so well.We can only run to Him and look unto Him to fix our weaknesses.
To gain access into a house,there are at least three options to choose from and that's through the door,window or roof top.
The door give you easy access for entry as it has a lock with knobs from both inside and outside to insert the key.The window had a lock from inside and make it hard to enter unless you break it and equally the roof top is even more complicated.
Jesus Christ is the only door that we enter through to gain salvation and all our needs met.
You have a choice to make either to enter or not enter!But only guarantee is through Jesus Christ.
We all go through sufferings which is part of our life process. But not many appreciate that such sufferings are anything good to us and instead complain and accuse God of having forsaken us.This is God's process and part of the process to prepare us for the glory that will be revealed in us is through sufferings.
The truth is such sufferings are not comparable to the glory that will be revealed in us when the Lord comes back.
Have your faith focus on the glory and not the sufferings.
The things that could lead us to sin don't come announcing to us that here I come but come quietly and subtly and creeps in unnoticed and unannounced and we are caught in the web before we know it.
Pride is a subtle enemy that has continued to trap man into sinning as it did to Satan when he said ' I would ascend on high' and thus trying to elevate himself to God.It also,deceives us to think that all we have achieved, how gifted or talented we are is simply because of our own strengths and wits.
Remember that without God being in the midst of everything we do or plan,our plans and achievements will crumble soon because they are built on sand and not on the rock who is Jesus Christ.
We all have exciting moments in life and we want to share such with others to let them know the latest information in anticipation that they would celebrate and rejoice with others. But it's not always true that what we want to share with others must be shared with them and at that time.
Knowing what to share,whom to share with and how to share is important as it eliminates the possibility of inviting hate,envy and jealousy from others who could be working against us for not everyone could be happy of your progress and strides in life.Be wise!
The Lord God Our God is a faithful God and Father.When we are faced with challenging times in our lives that we don't know what to do next,His assurance is perfect and He beckons His hands to us and say "I the Lord God is with you wherever you go and in whatever you are going through".So take heart child of God and stay strong
A tree is known by its fruit,so are we known by our fruits.How we live,how we talk,the kind of friends we hang around with,the things we like watching,what we love spending our most time in really tells much what is in our hearts.For out of the abundance of our hearts,the mouth speaks forth.
So what comes out of our hearts and manifested through our mouths is a question that we must all ask ourselves.
Remember that God will judge each and everyone of us on how we lived this life here on earth,whether for Him or our own.
We all face challenges and anxious moments in life,and we could easily loss track and stray away from trusting God to help us during such times.
We must believe God's Word and His constant reassurances that He will indeed bless and bring our lives out better than we are now.He is a covenant God and can be trusted in all situations. Just pray,thank Him and let Him know your requests.
We live in very perilous times with perilous people all around us.Many people are serving their own interests rather than the interests of God and in the process many are deceived and led astray because they lack proper teachings and a firm foundation to stand on when it demands.
However, even in the midst of all these chaos God still has His remnants and knows those who are His.Be wise and stand for the truth of God that has set you free.
We all face challenges and situations in our daily lives that scare us to the point of thinking that we are all done and hopeless.But the beauty of it all is that IF Jesus is in the boat with you,you are safe and secure for He is Master over all creation.
The disciples of Jesus were faced with this challenge at sea,but since Jesus was there with them all they needed was to call on Him and He came to their rescue.You can do the same today for any situation and He will show up!!
The death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ has ushered in a new life of a living hope of a Heavenely Inheritance that is incorruptible, undefiled and not fading away to those who believe in Him,and whereby God's power through faith for salvation sustains and keeps us.It is a journey that we all go through and must endure to the very end as we rejoice and keep the faith strong.
We all face difficulties, troubles, hardships ,afflictions, pain,sufferings in our daily lives and many fail,lose the faith and throw in the towel.But God's Word encourages us to faint not for God is our strength and shield and our hearts can trust in Him for His help and we can gladly rejoice.
It doesn't matter how many times you have tried and failed,I encourage you to keep trying for God will grace your desire with fulfillment.
Time is a precious gift given to us by God and we can make use of it or waste it.David knew and desired that for all his life,he wanted to seek to dwell in the house of the Lord to behold His beauty and continue to inquire from God.
So you can start afresh and Jumpstart a new journey even when you think time is all lost.
We all face challenges in our lives and sometimes we don't know what to do or where to turn unto.
But God's Word assures us that a voice is crying in the wilderness to prepare the way for the Lord,so that God will come and make things right for us and all that seemed taunting to us will fissle out like mist.
Take courage to hear God's voice today and you will be amazed to see what He does for you.
You hear people always saying how they want to live and where they would want to stay or spend their lives.There are choices to make either to live and spend your life in the world or in the house of God and for God.Living for God has innumerable blessings to reap and enjoy.So the choice is yours.
We all receive news, reports from people,enemies and even organizations or countries of what will come our way and sometimes such news could be very disturbing and disappointing that we could face unexpected end to our lives.
But how we respond to such and where to turn to for our rescue and help matters alot.God is our ultimate and only help after all is said and turn and He will take our fears away for He is our deliverer, defender,rewarder.
Sometimes when we are faced with circumstances or situations in our lives,we easily forget that God is so near to us than we ever thought. And it is only for us to know that truth that He is near us and we can call on Him.Our desires will be fulfilled when we fear Him and are truthful to Him in our talk and actions.Finally as we love Him,we are assured of preservation.
We are faced with a myriad of circumstances and situations globally that seem to drown us all to the deep sea and many have lost hope and thrown in the towel and all that is left is constant murmurs and complaints how bad things are and how unfair life has treated us.
But the good news is that Jesus Christ who died on Calvary paid it all for us and we can live and enjoy every moment with a renewed Spirit of Gratitude in our hearts for the glory and honor of the Lord.

The analogy of a thief breaking into our properties at night is a great lesson to us that we can prepare in advance by taking precautions to deter him from just walking into our lives and getting away free.We are sons of light and all forms of darkness can be weeded away by us exercising sobriety, watchfulness and putting on our faith,loving and trusting on the hope of our salvation.
Waiting is one thing that most people would have a problem to do especially when it has to take time before you receive that which you anticipate for.But God works on this one key word 'Wait' that means stay or stand still without moving your focus until He shows up.To wait on God requires us to be courageous and trust in Him to come when it is right for Him to visit us and not when we want and demand.As we wait on God,our hearts gets strengthened.
In life we all go through very unpleasant experiences caused by people intentionally or unintentionally. And depending on the magnitude of the pain,hurt or evil metted on us,we can easily be very resentful and ready to do the same to them.But we have a choice to make either do the same or do good to them.
It's time to take a step of faith to ask,seek and knock for the things that we want God to give us.You must purpose to take that bold step and see how God is going to swing into action for you.
God so much loved the world that He gave His own son to die for us.Jesus taught us that we must love our enemies,do good to them,bless them and pray for them.By doing this we show that we love God and our neighbors, otherwise if we can't love those who are against us and present with us,how can it be possible to love God whom we do not even see physically.?
Jesus made it clear to us that for us to follow Him,there is a price to pay and we must be ready to suffer,face all sorts of ridicule,rejection and accusations.But with all those, God has promised in His Word that He will never leave nor forsake us but will be with us to the end.
So instead of complaining, murmuring and seeking sympathy for what we go through, let our hearts be filled with praise and zeal to pray to God and He will come to our rescue.
The body is one but made up of many different parts and that each part has its own unique role and function to play in the whole body.Each part of that body functions differently but in line to ensuring that it supports the other to achieve the common purpose of unity(each depend on the other and thus interdependent).
While playing our individual different roles,it must be clear that we work towards supporting each other to achieve the common goal of unity as no part can work alone and achieve anything.
Life is full of challenges and can bring disappointments,heartbreaks,failure and many other things and yet at the same time the same challenges that bring us down can be used to elevate us and be successful and be an inspiration to others.The simple secret is "Keeping the Focus".
You must know that you have the body and spirit,one is temporal and the other eternal.Where you Focus gives you your destiny.All things work for our good irrespective how they may be!!
God has made it very clear that for His glory to be evident on and in your life,then you must arise and start shining for this is your opportune time to shine.
His light has come and walk in it and you will glory His name.
Living a life of purpose,vision,goal must be our key focus while we are here on earth.How you live and impact other people's lives either positively or negatively is something that we must give careful thought as this will affect generations to come.
So be wise and live a righteous life that will inspire and motivate generations down the line of your great deeds that can be emulated.
Many people always fail to understand that the things we listen to,we participate in,touch,eat and even think of will squarely affect the condition of our heart.The heart is the center of everything in our lives and everything will emanate from there to either affect us positively or negatively.
Take due diligence to guard it and you will never regret.Have people in your life who are positive thinkers,encouragers and you will build and keep a strong Christian foundation as you serve the Lord.
We always hear people talk of wanting revival in their lives or churches as if it just comes without any cost on our part.Remember that it cost God His Own dear Son to die for us to be saved from the punishment that awaited us.If God Himself had to give up His Son how much more do you think we need to give up to receive His mercy.We must be willing to do our part- break up those areas that are lying waste and weed away everything that is not right in us so that our hearts and minds are ready to receive God's rain of righteousness.
Jesus Christ gave Himself for us to be saved from the punishment that we deserved following Adam's fall in the garden of Eden.He went through humiliation, ridicule, pain and agony in order to save us from the eternal punishment and for those who embrace Him as Lord and Savior, have a new life and hope to testify about.
There is every reason to thank God for His goodness in our lives since we experience His never ending mercies upon our lives.The number of things He has done to us and will do is countless and hence our more reason to give Him thanks.
Stewardship is a noble responsibility that is bestowed upon one by the master.To be a Steward means you are a caretaker in simpler terms over certain things that have been delegated to you by the master.A faithful Steward is one who is ready,well guarded with full armor of God,knowing the will of your master.
We all face challenges and circumstances in our lives that seem to threaten and dash our hope away and many fail to understand that all these are temporal and would quickly pass away but the only constant is GOD who never changes for He is the same yesterday, today and forever and we can enjoy our victory when we attach and remain in Him in a love relationship for none can do anything in our own self-sufficiency but in Christ's.
Jesus Christ died on the cross, was buried but on the third day He arose from the grave in total victory.We are partakers of this great victory that Jesus Christ undertook at Calvary by submitting His humanity to reveal the secret of His divinity that we now embrace.
There is light in the world that is associated with Christ and darkness that is also associated with Satan.Those who follow Christ walks in the light and and those who follow Satan walks in darkness. Our deeds will reflect to which side we belong and sure enough our destiny is clear either to eternal life or eternal death.The choice is yours to which side you want counted.
Palm Sunday,Passion Sunday or the 1st day of the Holy Week is a great week that typifies humility,victory peace and salvation to mankind.Jesus rode on a colt as He entered into Jerusalem and the all people praised God shouting Hossana to the Lord highest!
He ushered in a great and exciting way of life that promised eternal life and liberty from the grip of the invisible enemy of sin.
He conquered sin on Calvary and gave us life eternal.
As believers of Jesus Christ, we are not only bond-servants but also stewards of the message and mysteries of God.
We have been elevated to a position of administering all the affairs of our Lord to those whom God has allowed us to serve in our community and we must remain faithful in our service to gain our Master's approval.
When you have taken time to invest in a relationship, you are assured to reap of the benefits of your time spent in cultivating on this.
You become familiar with the other person and will know so well of that other person that now both will reap the fruits of your efforts to work on this relationship.
Many times when we are faced with situations or circumstances in our lives,we automatically tend to panic,become anxious and frantically run up and down to see how we can solve them.Unfortunately we never succeed because we have no powers on our own to win any battle except when we realize and turn to a high power -GOD who is sovereign and all powerful to solve and settle everything for us.
I challenge us to start calling on God and see what He will do in our lives.
God has a destiny for every one of us but many fail to tap into that realm to enjoy the favor and grace of God.We must stay and walk in the highway of favor to enter into this supernatural where God steps into our situations to make that indelible and worthwhile difference in our times.We need God's grace and favor to walk in this life.
We all go through challenging times and seasons because we are vessels of clay.But the beauty of it all is that in us resides the Spirit of God who would keep whispering to us 'don't lose heart' keep pressing on,hung in there for God has great plans and fine,sweet end to all these that works in your favor as glory and honor goes back to Him.
My exhortation today 'hung in there' and you won't be disappointed.
People have different desires in life,and that is okay and within your exercise.But above all these desires there is One desire that overtakes them all and that's the desire to Dwell in the house of the Lord to behold His beauty and inquire in His temple.Make it your desire this year to do this one important thing and you will be amazed how your life will turn around.
The Apostle Paul's prayer for the saints at Phillipi was to experience the grace and peace of God in their lives.
You can too claim and be part of this great awakening to receive this undeserved favor,love,inner calmness and wholeness.
Paul the apostle prayed to God for the saints at Phillipi that God may extend His Grace and Peace to them.in their Christian walk.
You too who is struggling in life can call on God that He gives you this free ,undeserved gift and extend that inner calmness and completeness into your life.
There is great joy ,happiness, grace when one decides to dwell in the house of God.For in the house of God there is long life ,light,grace ,glory because of the ever present communing with God and the Holy Spirit.Everything we desire in life is found in the house of God.
Many people fail to understand that they can have a constant life changing experience in their lives by simply developing a practice of drawing water from the wells of Salvation.There is unexplained joy and breakthrough that comes with our Salvation and we are to be the light to the world and salt to the earth.
Many times we make vows to God especially when under intense pressure and situations that force us to beseech God to come true for us.We quickly forget that God will always come true for us as His children and so when He answers our prayers,we forget knowingly or intentionally to pay that which we vowed to do to Him.
God never takes pleasure in fools who are quick to make vows and can't keep them.Be careful not to fall for that trap.Keep your words and pay that which you have vowed.
A year at its start may look and seem long but once it has started time flies past so quick that you are likely to lose focus and procrastinate on a number of things that you gladly wanted to achieve.
It is important and wise so to pause and look back to take stock of how we performed,the shortcomings,gains,huddles and lay strategies on how to face the one coming for its all about being productive.
Most people are always caught up in the things or happenings of the past and get stuck there hence miss the new things that are ahead of them.Look forward for a better future and the past is already gone.You can use it to propel yourself into the future.
God is a faithful and a merciful God that when approach in faith will reward us for all that we ask of Him.
Ten lepers cried aloud to Jesus to have mercy on them and He did cleanse them but only one Leper a Samaritan and foreigner came back and thanked Him for the healing.
Let's not forget or be naive not to thank Him for all that He has done,will do to us in this life and one to come.
Develop the Spirit of Thankfulness and nurture it daily
People put their resources in areas that they know will give them maximum returns and especially when time of need comes up.They invest with the aim of accessing such resources freely,but having earned them interest.
Hezekiah had invested his life well as he walked in truth,with a loyal heart and done good in the sight of God and when a time if crisis knocked at his door,he simply turned to God and reminded Him how he had walked and done.
How you want to invest your time,resources now, will definitely impact your future.Be wise and invest for eternity rather than temporal.
When faced with situations that are so threatening and scary and don't know where to turn to,call on Jesus and He will come to your rescue and you will be at peace.
Our lives gets sharped with the kind of people we interact with on a daily basis. Interact with positive people who are outgoing,challenging you,pouring knowledge and wisdom ,expertise to your life and you will be amazed how much you will grow and the opposite is true if you hang around people with negative vibes.How do you want to live and whom do you want to influence your life??
Many people get consumed in the things,plans of tomorrow and yet nobody is very concerned about today for today's actions determines how our tomorrow would look like.Our concerns must be for today and tomorrow will be taken care of by how well or bad we handled today.Caution! Am not saying you don't plan for future but in all that these words MUST never be missed "If the Lord wills"
Any person who runs a race aims at receiving the prize or crown from the umpire.It would be futile and a waste of time to run without aiming at the prize that you will receive. So run in a way to that you won't miss out on the crown when the time for presentation is here.
The whole world is engulfed in this syndrome of "Fear" that has plagued millions of people by destroying their trust in God and making it look like you are doomed for failure.Many people have become helpless ,restless and hopeless because fear has taken center stage in their lives.
God's Word is full of assurance that He is present to help us out of our sickening situations and despair.
We can call on Him and trust that He will show up for us.He wants us to be victorious !
Many people fail to take possession of God's promises because they listen to the nay sayers who demean themselves with their own words of defeat.God has already promised us an inheritance and it's upon you to realize that and rise up at once and start taking them.
When you feel anxious, afraid and defeated because of the things or people who stand and come against us,there is voice of God saying stand still and see God's hand.Be assured that nothing will overtake you for God is on your side.
When we encounter circumstances or situations in our lives that we weren't aware of,we tend to feel defeated, depressed, downcast, and in the process we could likely lose focus of what we were aiming to achieve in life.But God is always encouraging us to know that He is with us always,asks us to be courageous and remain strong for in such ONLY can we be able to meditate on His Word and by such we will be prosperous and have great success.
There are countless blessings and things that the Lord does to us daily that should provoke us to be constantly appreciative and thankful to Him.Many things that we may consider are little or of no value to thank God for could be great opportunities for others to Praise God and glorify Him of.Let's learn to be grateful and thankful to both God and men in everything we receive.
There is life everlasting that each and everyone can enter into when we make the right choice.To believe that God sent His Son to come and die on our behalf and realize that we need that to change our ways and accept Him into our lives by believing in Him ushers into a new realm of life where we now have Christ living in us and they trinity has made an abode in us .
God demonstrated His love towards us by offering His own beloved Son Jesus Christ to come and die on our behalf by taking upon Himself our sin.
