Hello Hello, thank's for checking out this episode. In this podcast, I share a message that inspired me from Andy Frisella. If you haven't heard of this guy then let me just tell you this guy is intense AF, in fact, that's the name of his podcast is The Real AF. While scrolling through and cleaning out my inbox I came across an email titled "You are your own worst enemy," the title caught me immediately. It took me to his blog at https://andyfrisella.com/blogs/andygram/you-are-your-own-worst-enemy and as I read the message on his page the words just hit me right in the stomach.  In this episode, I am going to share that exact same message (with some thoughts of my own) I hope you enjoy and get some inspiration to make a move!

WOOT WOOT, I'm so excited to share this episode! I brought on a special guest Rachel Wood, if you don't know her you'll want to by the end! Rachel has been on this amazing journey to help people find the "Real-est You" so many of us are living lives that are not our own, for what? So you can keep up with the Jones and find yourself at a destination you thought was what you wanted but come to find is unfulfilling? So you can burn yourself out trying to please others? Bump that. Join us as Rachel and I dive into the conversation of taking care of yourself and making that your priority first!

"If your cup is empty, how can expect to fill others, you must turn yourself into a waterfall by taking care of yourself first." -Some dude somewhere

In my podcasts, my goal is to always be authentic and speak from the heart or whatever is on my mind and soul. In today's episode, I address fear and how it creates a barrier between the life we're living and the life we want to live, taking inspiration from other podcasters and a quote from Jack Canfield I was inspired to share from the heart. So sit back, tune in and I hope you enjoy.

With all the changes impacting so many people it can feel discouraging, whether your an employee whose lost their job or a business owner who has had to close doors. It's important to keep in mind that all problems are temporary and that when a problem comes along we can either allow it  to defeat us or we can view it as an opportunity to grow, change and adapt. I just want to encourage everyone to keep moving forward.

This audio was recorded as I was driving, I don't know why but suddenly I just had these thoughts running through my head about being present, what that looks like and what that means for me. So here is me sharing from my heart to your ears.
