If you would like to participate in communion but you don’t have crackers and grape juice, it is totally fine to get creative with it! Use some bread or leftover biscuits... we get it!
We all have habits... some good, some bad, some that may just be weird. Let’s reflect on these things and think of some ways we can replace the old habits with new ones.
Read Matthew 6:9-13. This challenge is a little different, listen to the podcast as we talk about ways to pray for others.
Luke 12:22-30 What things bring you joy in life and why? After you answer God or family... give at least one more answer.
2 Timothy 1:7. This may be a good chance to ask your kids what bullies are like today at their schools. This may be a chance to ask yourself some harder questions... check it out to know what I’m talking about.
Acts 1:1-11
Jesus’ body is gone but we’re not alone. Many times we feel like we’re doing things all alone, when we‘re actually one question away from the help we need. Pride and fear get in the way too often. Convo starters: (follow up questions) Share a time when you were really lost… or a time you were given a responsibility so big that you thought for sure you’d mess it up. What did you learn from the failure… or what helped you overcome? (Be vulnerable)
