I hired Megan Bujewski as our “Kid Manager” a hybrid position of after-school care, homework tutoring, & even some organizational skills In keeping a tidy room.
My thinking was bringing in someone who could take the edge off some of the parental & child challenges alike. Admittedly I get more frustrated in trying to help with schoolwork that I don’t always understand or my wife has time for with her busy professional schedule.
