Not only am I a Gen X loud and proud, I have also grown up in an epic era, so many things has happened in my lifetime and the sound track was Hip Hop, with a melody of R&B and of course pop sprinkled in. All these sounds has influenced me personally and professionally and I had such a great time with this episode, that I am renewed in my love for hip hop old and new

We are rolling with episode 2 of our first season, I share how I have not been honest with myself by ignoring internal and external signals in both my personal and professional life. I realize that in this season of my life I am going after everything that I want but I must be willing to do the work that comes along with it.

Our first episode ever, I am so excited to begin this journey with you. I have wrestled with starting my own pod(vidcast ) for some time now and as we begin the new year, I wanted to start off with the thing that has scared me the most.
In this episode, I share what has hindered me from hitting the record button, what you can expect from me on this podcast (to be honest it will be a tad all over the place to start) but I am positive we will find our groove.
Here is what I know, no topic is off limits. We will cover all things that are important to women who are like me. Women who are ready to live they life they have dreamed and on their terms, women who are at the middle part of life and see the value in being exactly where we are. Women who are healing from those youthful mistakes the we inflicted on ourselves, or have been inflicted by others. Women who hare become their own hero and are working on themselves everyday in order to be the best version of themselves.
I hope you are encouraged, intrigued, and enlightened when you have stumbled onto this podcast and I pray you come back for more.

I shared my goal setting tactics which help you get motivated, and then I shared how creating habits for yourself will keep you on track even when you are not motivated to do the work.

As a new entrepreneur, it is easy to look for the free item or discounted item and don't get me wrong you can get some wonderful content, but as you grow in your business you realize that some times those free things can cost you in the long run. At Juice Box we host a Real Estate Workshop every second saturday that starts at 730 am . In the beginning I thought sheesh this is really early, but like the host of the event said to me folks need to have some skin in the game and since it's free we have to make sure folks are showing up ready to invest. With this mantra I realize more and more that I have to be sure that I am operating myself and those that are around me with skin in the game.
