This podcast is primarily to assist the students enrolled in the Queens College, CUNY SEEK Program as they navigate the waters of distance learning. Of course other students and even professors, or perhaps K-12 teachers, at other learning institutions or schools may find the podcast of value. We welcome you to our podcast! Our podcast originator and host is Professor Denise Miller.
This episode contains two segments. The first segment encourages students to look back over the semester and to think clearly about what they’ve learned. Students have learned about themselves, about their families, and just about life in general. The second segment encourages students to take careful notes of their habits. We do not realize how much of our lives are governed by sheer habit. Once we change our habits, we can significantly change our life outcomes.
