Happy Birthday Martin. Thank you that you, in the midst of a mess and social unrest, shared a royal dream.
There is much angelic activity bringing sons and daughters back to themselves; people of God who have been divorced and divided from their own hearts and from their deep unto deep love for God. He is revealing Himself as wondrous and One not to be afraid of as a stranger but to …allow and receive and…clap hands because of His coming. whew…
Psalm 1. What law do we follow? We follow what our God is saying and trust in the law of the Spirit of life. Those words may not feel clear but we see the Hebrew Wors in light of the New Covenant. We have the Holy Spirit willing to guide us in our present moments with all the wisdom and will of our God.
When we hear the lists - what to do and what not to do - we are all in the grip of God’s grace, unfolding and adventuring forward with Jesus who lived life in perfect alignment and without sin. Our minds might run to how we should or must accomplish performance/goodness or reject rebellion/unbelief, but our key is our trust that Abba’s got us. He’s leading and we’re entering newness so there’s all kinds of unfamiliar or the familiar redefined. Yoked with Jesus we are…
The message of freedom took time to reach everyone. Juneteenth is a celebration of its travel to the entire nation. What had been done to set captives free Juneteenth claps our hands as the message is amplified to those who have not yet heard the very good news…
This is a chat coming out of a quick conversation Greg and I were having and my sense is, it’s rich for our Hartney and I sense a good things guys heartening at this time and ongoing. I love you and thank God for you, Terrilynn
It won’t always be as difficult as it may be this day. This is a message from the prophet Jeremiah. It was for another time, place and people. And, it reaches across them to resonate today and in days ahead. If it is for you, amen.
This read text is from just over three years ago. We have walked through so much since Nov. 2019. As I publish pieces that have been sitting, I pray they speak to you and are of benefit.
Join me and pray. Lord Jesus we ask for all to come into alignment with the perfect will of God.
Just a little 30min for anyone feeling a heft upon them from things they wish they had not done or said, thought or wanted…
Ahh. I’m processing an ouch I got yesterday. And my hope is you are coming with me and will go out heartened (encouraged). See Total Forgiveness by RT Kendall and The Bait of Satan by John Bevere. Kingdom, beloved. We are more than conquerors all. xo
We witness and have perhaps participated in debates and fulsome arguments in these days. Who has the wisdom? Where’s a good place to stand?
This episode offers a quick greeting and prayer of blessing for your day. A good one your way!
This is a brief thought about my smallness in the flesh and the fight of faith that brings to mind another small one in history.
I welcome you to explore with me the five distinctives of the Reformation. By God’s grace, I am for them. And by God’s good Fatherhood, I love the Catholic Church.
The Lord told me it was time to get up. He led me to a media platform. The first item on the newsfeed was the passionate, broken heart of an aunt grieving the loss of her nephew this week. I went to scroll and several times, Jesus returned to this particular post. Then the Lord led me to speak this.
At 1 or 2am, I woke and soon after began to pray to the Lord. This 32mins came from that time. Then, I woke this morning at 8am with a specific and strongly sensed word from God. I posted it on fb. An hour or so later, I looked at today’s news. And I find myself wanting to say not a single word more than God gives me. Praise God I pray for each of us to be in our given lane attending what He has given us every today, and declaring His arm is not too short to save.
Worth hearing when you can take the time to really just listen without alot of distraction pulling on your attention
A novel day. I vote lavender. And above all, God’s will every time. But I prayed for this. https://youtu.be/dguz0IsCuKU
This 16min episode comes as I am watching a Bill Johnson sermon on Strategies for Transformation.
Joshua, or Yeshua in Hebrew, was a new breed, so to speak. God gave him very unusual directions for Israel to bring down the Jericho walls. It was all Him. And there’s such fruit in our identifying with this faithful warrior God used to possess the Promised Land for His people. This fella’s inspiration for the young leaders in us all.
This is something to hear when you can sit back, and not work hard at listening but just savor. We want to savor more in order to see more, and to be more here. Savoring helps us land in the joy of a God process. It inspires gratitude and an effortless graciousness will increasingly follow. Even now, you can breathe more deeply. There is more air for you to take in in each moment. However you tend to receive information, may every morsel of this exploration that reaches your heart today be of benefit. May it nourish and encourage you a bit. Lord, let it help on the way we are going together. 💡: it is ok if you do not have Spotify. If you are having an uphill experience accessing the Beloved voicecast, scroll down on the Anchor front page until you see an arrow on the left. You can begin playing this message from there! Thank you so much for sharing some time with me.
Here’s some chat on “beloved.” It’s a lovely endearment, made of solid stuff, and offering us empowering nourishment.
