Introspect. What do you think? What are you feeling? How are you thinking it? How are you feeling it? Why are you thinking the way you are? Why are you feeling what you are feeling? Is there more to see? What questions are you having trouble answering? The purpose is to ask ask ask. Stump yourself. Find solutions. Then disprove them. Find more solutions. Don't build off the first block you find. Then dispose of the all the Q&A and become an open channel to perspective and change. Don't create attachments to your clarity because it is temporary; it can seem like the holy grail one second, and common knowledge the next.
Validating the desires and wishes for our experience as worthy of being achieved while honing in on blunt honesty within your truth. Addressing how to see the obstructions that sabotage your own transparency. Underlining how to harmonize your inner truth with how you project it outwards (your projected truth). This is a very general recording. It is about knowing what you want and being honest about it so you can put honest intentions out instead of trying to tiptoe around because you're afraid to be bold because it seems risky. (Disclaimer: No apparent sense was made in the making of this podcast) When you're young, everything feels like the end of the world and you feel the weight of deception when we see everything in black and white. As we get older, we live in the gray area and don't feel the weight of right vs wrong because it is so subjective. If you find your foot in the mud, take accountability and feel that weight so you can then take it in stride but still learn your lesson and feel the sting as to not take the same route again thinking the same thing won't happen.
