the first time i met her, i asked her to share her experience of a journey she took as i was about to set out on a trip to speak to those no one speaks to and listen to those no one listens to. here is the advice she gave me:
though the voice of the many, the voice of the one is shared. the trip i was taking had to be completely for me, if no-one ever saw it, if no one ever funded it, it would be enough.
she shared with me, her journey was stepping out of a life that she was supposed to live into finding who she was; it meant not being always what she should be and discovering who she wasn’t; she went willing to be all the things she wasn’t, willing go on an adventure. and when she said this one simple sentence, it really affected me:
"everything in life is a reflection of us speaking to us about us."
every person i met, everything that came to me was coming to me to speak to me about me. she told me, i took the rebel road, to take the journey of the unknown, no agenda, but purely to express my own voice and i knew the universe would lead me on its own way.
this was purely for me. the world does not need me to change it. when i spoke to people, i said, i am not here for you, i am here for me. by the end of the journey, (7 months on the road with her children) but and experience that lasted seven years. there was so much light in those seven months that it opened up everything cellular, ancestral, that could be opened up in darkness. she went into the darkness, into the pain, into the doubt, into all the things we try to avoid going into and when she emerged after 7 years, the darkness was gone.
you can clearly see why i was excited to speak more with Simran. i was a guest on her show which i loved. here is the link to that show:

i was amazed at how much we shared in common and how in one conversation we could go so deep. this was one of the few conversations i have had where we both held the space for the other to be loved and accepted, listened to and heard and acknowledged and validated. it is what she does in the work she does too.
we spoke of:
the spaces between the words
the beauty of words, but how there is something far more in the work we do for people that happens beneath the words
we spoke of time and space and how she feels it dissolving
we spoke of the power that comes when we can be together
Every moment is sacred including the less preferable ones
and so much more
but more than the words we spoke, you will feel the vibration between us as you enter into the sacred space of two space holders.
when i asked her, if you could say one thing to a world that was listening, what would you say, she answered, I would say: Be present. Every moment is sacred including the less preferable ones. Life is a celebration. Be a devotee of Love and Loving. Life is short. Know that you are enough and trust that you are loved. Steve Farber is Ranked on Inc.’s Global Top 50 Leadership and Management Experts list, Steve Farber is a Wall St Journal best-selling author and the founder and CEO of The Extreme Leadership Institute. His first book, The Radical Leap: A Personal Lesson in Extreme Leadership, was named one of the 100 Best Business Books of All Time. His new book, Love Is Just Damn Good Business, has been listed by Book Authority as one of the top business strategy books of 2020.he says, “Promoting Love Is Just Damn Good Business” and invites you to receive a free LEAP Assessment at www.loveisgoodbiz.com
Steve believes, It’s time to toss aside the touchy-feely notions of love in business and recognise the real power it holds. Love is not only appropriate in the context of business, it’s the foundation of great leadership, and, therefore, the very foundation of a thriving, competitive enterprise. When love is part of an organization’s framework and operationalized in its culture, employees and customers feel genuinely valued. Employees who are passionate about the work that they do are more loyal, innovative, creative, and inspired, and that translates to great customer experience. They don’t serve others out of obligation, but because of a genuine desire to improve people’s lives. And when customers reciprocate by loving your products, your services, and your people, that’s when something great happens. That’s when you get loyalty. That’s when you get raving fans. It’s a refreshingly human way of doing business.
this is one of those pivotal conversations that you just have to listen to. it was unique not only in the conversation we had but in the application of how to introduce love into the business arena. choosing speak about love as the passion you have for what you are do and the feeling you have for the products and services that you offer, rather than speaking from a place of having to love yourself first or love your team, he brings that culture of love in in a way that corporate people can understand and thens peaks of what happens when your team says, “i love working here.” and your clients say, “ i love what these people do."
does that mean that everything becomes perfect. listen in to and out. this is a beautiful conversation and one in which Steve, like many others that i interview comments on the uniqueness of the questions and feel of the interview.
i highly encourage you to visit his websites and spend some time there and inviting Steve to come and do a presentation for your team.

David has dedicated his life to empowering humanity to believe we can create the world of our dreams and designing the strategies and tools to help us make this a reality. He is putting this aspiration and second order knowledge into action through a bold plan to change the world called: “Reinventing the Planet.”
David Gershon, co-founder and CEO of Empowerment Institute has been called “the number one expert on social change.” He applies his visionary leadership and social change expertise to designing second order change solutions for cities, countries and the planet that enable the seemingly impossible to become possible. Over the past four decades the initiatives he’s designed have won many awards and achieved much recognition.
David has dedicated his life to empowering humanity to believe we can create the world of our dreams and designing the strategies and tools to help us make this a reality. He is putting this aspiration and second order knowledge into action through a bold plan to change the world called: “Reinventing the Planet.”
this is one of those conversations that you just have to listen to. it was unique not only in the conversation we had but in the ability and flexibility of David, a brilliant man to be kind and generous enough to change direction midstream with me and move away from what most if not everyone wants him to share, to answer my quirky questions and to challenge his own edges.
let me prepare you, David is not like most people. the world he sees is different from the world most of us see, because he asks different questions. for instance, instead of asking what wrong with the world and how can we fix it? he simply asks, “what is possible?” it is amazing to see how the questions we ask give us the answers we follow. try asking new and different questions.
David invites people to grow beyond the edges and watch what happens when i ask David what is beyond the edge of his own growth right now?
i highly encourage you to visit his websites and spend some time there getting to know David and the amazing innovations he is creating with the people who associate with him . .

Andrea Garfield has been building businesses and coaching and teaching leaders her whole career. after getting her MBA she built and sold companies and volunteered, coaching leaders across the globe. now as Founder and CEO of Awesome Institute, she is passionate about helping people be more human at work.
she blew into my awareness through a short video i saw of her coaching Simon Sinek through a tough time in this coronavirus pandemic.
and from the moment i watched that video i knew i wanted to have her on The Mosaic Podcast. she is kind, authentic, approachable and dare i say human. although she works with some really well known people, there was no air about her. she was real, and vulnerable (although she says this is still hard for her to be) and very accepting.
i found our conversation to be easy, like sitting on the front porch in a comfortable chair sipping a lemonade. there was something very clean and wholesome about it. and we spoke about feeling feelings, how we learn to be separate, the gift of children, walking rather than jumping into change. i could tell you all about it, because in its own way, the conversation touched me like a gentle breeze touches me and brings me comfort. but that would rob you of the opportunity to experience this conversation from your point of view and feel what you feel from it, and why would i want to do that.
when i asked her what she would say to the word if she knew it was listening, she replied: "It's okay to be human at work and in life."
i invite you to experience Andrea Garfield and when you like the experience, i encourage you to learn more about her by going to:

Do not let her age fool you, Brialle Ringer has gone through a lot, done a lot of inner work to heal, and has a brilliant mind that sees the world differently.
She is trained on how to create safe environments that allow people bring out of themselves what they believe and then t listen to others share what they believe too. there is some hope for this world if we can continue having conversations of the sort that Living Room Conversations initiate.
Our conversation focused less of the work she does for LRC but on who she is, belief systems i had, listening and understanding new ways to see.
but rather than me try to explain the conversation to you, why not just listen to it for yourself. this is an important conversation for these times
she is a Holistic Health Coach and Racial Equity Partner Brialle Ringer integrates her degree in Social Work, background in yoga, and a healing justice framework to create connecting conversations and experiences. She views personal transformation as an integral piece of collective liberation and knows that when we heal ourselves, we heal the world.

Somewhere in the back of my mind, i have the idea that the book i wrote, The Mosaic would always be turned into a movie or a Netflix series or something like that and from time to time life brings to me people who are really talented in filmmaking, directing and producing films.
i have also always felt that the essence of The Mosaic, the idea of listening to people no one listens to, and watching them righting front of my eyes transform from who i thought they were to who they are. for the most part, this happens in my seeing something that i never saw in them before, AND . . .
occasionally it happens through the practice of holding space. when a person feels safe enough to be themselves, all that they are not falls away, leaving only who they are to be seen.
both ways involve this practice of compassionate listening and both processes are exquisite to watch.
Trina Bardusco is an American-Venezuelan who is passionate about innovative storytelling, championing multiculturalism, diversity and content for women. She has written, directed, produced and or co-hosted a total of nine web series and for-and-about women in both English and Spanish.
you can easily see why i was so eager to speak with her.
She also co-pioneered HBO Latino’s original, award winning series, Habla, that for over a decade has given a platform to Latinos living in the U.S. Latinos from all walks of life, including dozens of celebrities, share their personal stories.
Her latest project, Going Solo, is a documentary series with a distinctly feminine take on the impulse to travel. Blending bold storytelling, far-flung locals, and spirited exploration, we follow Trina as she takes a walk—or twirl, or ride—in another’s shoes, seeking passion and excitement in each unique form of cultural expression.
need i say more, but there is more . . .
Trina began her career as a Fulbright Scholar of ethnomusicology in Spain in 1999 for her project, “Flamenco’s Duende and Deep Song.” She soon traded the library for one of the first, readily available DV digital cameras, and started documenting gypsy flamenco singer, Luis Agujeta. This lead to her debut documentary, I’m the Tourist, where she first began experimenting with immersing herself in a way of life markedly different from her own.
what was fabulous to watch in this interview was that moment when we could feel who trina was actually came front an center. thesis not to say that before na after that moment trina was not real and authentic and beautiful, but if you watch, i thin you will see, there is a moment she something changes.
those moments are what i live for. i hope you will enjoy watching this episode and that it will encourage you to usher in that moment for yourself when you become you.

I met Martin several years ago. in the years i have known him, he has always been one of the kindest people i know. he is someone who has always given to me way more than he has asked for, he has had me on numerous platforms that he has created and yet over the years we have not seen each other all that much
when he invited me to be on a facebook live conversation, i saw something in him that i had not seen before, and i wanted to have him on this podcast to share with us his work around curiosity and his book The Curiosity Theory.
i must say, this was one of the most interesting podcasts that i have ever done, because in the middleman our conversation, Martin stepped back to analyse what he was thinking and feeling from a curiosity perspective and then i did the same thing from a place of holding space and listening.
the two practices are very similar but i think you will see in this conversation, the living breathing practice of what each of us do.
i highly recommend Martin and if you are feeling stuck or this that a new way of looking at the world with curiosity might benefit you and/or you company, please reach out to him.
here is a little more Information on who Martin is and how you can reach him:
Martin Lopez is an Real Estate Professional as well an Author, Trainer and Coach in the personal development industry.
His book The Curiosity Theory is a powerful methodology that radically changes…
✅ The way we look at ourselves
✅ The way we look at each other.
✅ And The way we look at life,
The Curiosity Theory gives people alternatives during tense and stressful situations. This allows people to Powerfully Interact vs. Repeating the same mistakes over and over.
As a Trainer, Martin’s works with:
Start-ups ::: Corporate CEO’s ::: One on One Coaching ::: And High Performance Teams.
His gift is uncovering blind spots and strengthening professional and personal relationships, As well as helping teams and organizations work together more openly and efficiently.
Martin is a graduate of the University of Santa Monica’s Spiritual Psychology program and has extensive training in may other methodologies.
During his 30+ years as a real estate professional and mortgage banker, Martin saw so many opportunities lost due to misaligned energy, conflict and self-sabotaging communications.
Almost every time, the issues were human rather than technical:
The Curiosity Theory is the result of Martin’s exploration. Written in the same humorous, conversational style he uses when teaching seminars. The book is a guide to practicing The Curiosity Theory to strengthen your relationships in all aspects of your life.
Applied curiosity improves communication and collaboration. It helps teams work together more openly and efficiently. It brings friends, couples and families closer together.

This happens sometimes in the world of fiction and science fiction, a writer writes a story that speaks of something that happens only to find years later, what the writer saw happen, actually happens. Alfred Alcorn is not a prophet, a psychic or a doomsayer, he is just a brilliant author who has seen enough of the world to tell stories of a world that could be.
Sugar Mountain, written in 2013, could become a manual to help us navigate or way through the global pandemic of Coved -19. it is not an exact rendition, but what it does do, is it invites the reader to contemplate, is Coved -19 a one and done endemic or the messenger for a more deadly pandemic that could surface at any time.
Hear Alfred thoughts on what can be done, what the world is trying to say to us and what the world might soon look like if we don’t all come together.
First published in 2013 and set in western Massachusetts, Sugar Mountain revolves around the struggle of an extended family to survive a pandemic that starts in China and spreads around the world with devastating effect. As it stands, Sugar Mountain could serve as a survival manual should Covid 19 mutate and turn more deadly than it already is. Because of the relevance and increased demand for Sugar Mountain, the publisher has come out with a reissue that might be of interest to those who have not read the 2013 edition.
Born Alfred Denny and orphaned at the age of eight, the author grew up in the U.K. (Merseyside), in Ireland (County Roscommon), and in the U.S. (Massachusetts). He graduated from Harvard and has worked as a journalist, editor, teacher, travel director (for the Harvard Museum of Natural History). In that last capacity he planned and led trips all over the world, including Antarctica. He has also been a safari guide, mostly in Tanzania, which he knows well.
To date he has written and published 10 novels. They have been reviewed in the New Yorker, The New York Times, the Boston Globe, and many other publications.
Ep. 090 The Power of Fear with Diane Ray
we had numerous opportunities to meet each other over the course of the years, but we never did, not even when we worked for the same company, Hay House, but then again, she was coming in and I was going out. we got reintroduced through the podcast community and both of us decided it was time to have a conversation.
prior to this podcast we had one of two conversations over the phone and I shared with her my feeling that perhaps it was time for her to move from behind the curtain to in front of the curtain and so one of the things I was interested in talking to her about was whether she had gleaned any insights from talking to so many of the leaders in the industry of self help around the topic of fear.
when i asked diane what she would like to say to people, she sent me a quote George Harrison and say " All things must pass" ..we have been through wars, other pandemics and bad presidents. We will get through this as well. Just be kind to each other and remember we are all in this together.
I could tell you more but I think it better if you listen in to see what we talked about . . .

Ann is a storyteller, serial entrepreneur, world traveler, and a lover of the outdoors. She also served in the Marine Corps for 24 years, hanging up her uniform as a Lieutenant Colonel.
She is now the Master of First Times and creator of the #365FirstsChallenge and the host of the #365Firsts Podcast.
when i asked her, if she could say one thing to the world, what would it be, she replied, “To realize life is there for living it. Living life means you engage in discovering and exploring what it has to offer you."
she had a first time experience with me as before we went on the show, i sat with her and we share an intention for the show and the effect we hoped to have on others. it was the first time she did that before a podcast.
my first time will be to speak less and invite you to listen more to this very interesting show tat goes from what defines a first time experience, to hitting rock bottom, to finding God, to her facebook group of first timers to what she still hopes to do and experience in this life.
there is a lot on this episode, but you will only know the, if you listen in now.

i don’t even know how Nick came across my awareness, but the minute I heard about what he was doing, something ignited in me. you see, i had been planning to take a trip around the world to sit with people who did not feel heard and listen to them. i wanted to hear what people would say if someone cared enough to listen to them. i wanted to sit on street corners, government offices, homeless shelters, placesI of worship, bookstores, cafes and truck stops. I wanted to visit strangers in hospitals and talk with CEO’s and entrepreneurs, sit with families and children in schools, i wanted to sit with the homeless and with people who had beautiful homes and ask them some questions and just listen to their answers.
but i was scared. my body had gotten older and it was carrying a lot of pain and i was no longer that 18 year old kid who hitchiked around the world’s was now a 65 year old man who was a whole lot less spontaneous than i wanted to admit i was and was looking for companies to sponsor my trip. i was looking for a car company to sponsor my vehicle and a hotel company to let me stay overnight in rooms that were not booked, or a train company that would be willing to let me ride across the country and speak with people on the trains. all great ideas, but what i realized is they were covering up my fear of getting out there and doing it.
so i made a decision, i would leave march 1,2020 no matter what. in judaism they have a great saying, "Man plans and God laughs”. weeks beforemy departure date, Coved -19 entered our collective lives and no one was going anywhere.
so when i heard about nick and hs mission to have 500 lunches with 500 strangers, i had to have him on the show and i had to do what he was doing. and thus i started 50 conversations with 50 strangers (o listen to those conversations, please go to my YouTube channel: to subscribe to my YouTube channel, please go here:

rich weingart
After an earlier career in finance and a stint with teaching, Rich has spent the last 20 years helping build an insurance brokerage firm which is still his profession. In his 'other' life, Rich has spent the last 10 years coaching his kids in various sports, and, learning as many lessons as he taught, or maybe more. He loves being a Dad, coaching and leading.
He is active in the community and values making an impact in other people's lives as he tries to be the best version of himself he can be, while also taking himself lightly (when he knows how).
Rich's podcast, A Richer Life, was inspired by a mission of creating A Richer Life for himself and inspiring others to do the same. He is excited to explore other peoples courageous journeys and help encourage others to dive deep into whatever 'fear' is holding them back and go for whatever 'it' is for them.

Tamika and Stormy Archie, are the creators, writers, directors, producers and film crew for of a new film series song on the On Channel called “Behind Closed Doors”.
The amazing thing is that neither one of them knew anything about filmmaking. They learn it all from watching YouTube videos.
Behind Closed Door weaves the dramatic stories of 4 characters struggling with the real-life issues of domestic & sexual abuse, mental illness, and drug addiction. The stories they tell come for the most part from what they witnessed and experienced as children.
it is a story of those who suffer in silence and how that suffering remains long after the trauma is done. The first season of “Behind Closed Doors” had over 14,000 views within the first 2 weeks. It’s now one of the ON network’s most popular streamed series.
when i look at the world today and i see what has come out from behind closed doors, a film series’s like this is even more important than ever.

Marlisse Hardamon
I would like to introduce myself, Lisa, a survivor. Yes, I was abused and suffered from the result of that abuse. Yes, I cried and I even tried to end my life, several times. I hated myself and everyone, else. I was bitter and angry. I lived in a place of darkness, it covered my soul. I drank and smoked, just to numb the pain. I lived in the world of victimization, unable to heal and forgive. But, today I dance in the light of my life, not as a victim, but a victor. I have learned to not only forgive my perpetrators but to forgive myself. I have learned to move past my pain, not by pretending it never happened, but by drawing strength from it, because it happened. I have been able to transform my life, using my pain as a platform to show women, how to live a transformed life, to move beyond their current situation into a place of wholeness, peace, and joy. I am not a victim, I did not let my life destroy me, it made me strong and taught me how to truly live life.
Purpose: I was placed here to allow my light to shine through adversity and trauma, so that I can be a beacon of light other who are in traumatic situations and that I can love them through their pain.

Joe Pryor, is the author of Unlikely Destiny a book that has receive high regards from both celebrities and ordinary people. it is available wherever books are sold or on amazon.
A quote from Unlikely Destiny
“Have you ever really looked at yourself in the mirror? Have you ever asked yourself, "Why are you here?" Have you ever thought about your true purpose in life, or your Destiny? These are just a few of the questions I've asked you to think about, while reading Unlikely Destiny Volume One. The idea behind every question is to get you to think! To keep you always thinking outside the box. To think about every person you've met on your journey in life and why you invited them into your environment. The environment I speak about is YOU.”
Joe is a patented inventor, a former dedicated law enforcement officer and a security consultant to high profile celebrities and corporate executives.
Joe’ s FOCUS FORWARD mindset has translated his dreams into reality. In his book he shares his easy common-sense steps, that helped him overcome the odds to find personal and professional success through understanding his UNLIKELY DESTINY.
it is those odds again that we as a nation need to overcome if we will ever achieve our purpose to fulfil our Unlikely Destiny as a world nation.
If ever the country needed someone like Joe, it is now and so I invited Joe to be with me today to discuss race relations, growing up black in Watts/Compton, being a police officer and i wanted to lean upon his wisdom to hopefully share some insight as to where do we go from here.
Joe has decided to come and be with us today, on June 7th, his birthday and at the time of this recording the world is experiencing its 13th day of mostly peaceful protests and unrest in opposition to the public lynching of a black man by the knee of a white police officer as he repeatedly said “I can’t breathe.” while the nation watch and no one stood up to stop this murderer.

Bio:
Jim Nelson and Rene Agredano are a married couple who live, work and write from the road in their RV. Their nomadic life began in 2007, when they sold their home, business and nearly everything they owned to travel with their terminally-ill dog, Jerry.
Given just a few months to live after his leg amputation, Jerry’s bone cancer diagnosis at age eight turned their lives upside down and around. But against all odds, Jerry defied the bleak prognosis. He enjoyed two unforgettable years hopping along on three legs, from coast-to-coast and back again. Wherever he went, his joyful nature inspired others to look beyond adversity and embrace the present moment.
The trio founded Tripawds.com, the world’s largest support community for three legged pets and their people. Later in 2014 they formed the non-profit Tripawds Foundation to aid amputee pets. The couple continues managing Tripawds and chronicling their travels at liveworkdream.com.
What is our purpose?
Rene: To help underserved people and animals feel heard, supported and valued.
Jim: I believe I am here to help people Be More Dog, especially in times of distress or challenge. Jerry taught us about Resilience, Acceptance, Perseverance, Lovingkindness, Awareness, Gratitude...I'm paying that forward.
Instead of just "helping people smile" as I originally answered, I do the work I do to help pet parents cope with difficult situations by following their dog's lead.

Karina is the founder and president of EXQUISE, online journal (www.exquisemag.com) she founded in January 2013. Exquise (pronounced ex-KEES) is about exquisite stories that started out featuring current and notable events, people, and places.
It didn’t take long for Karina’s interest in technology to take hold. By the end of 2014, Karina decided to shift her focus on future trends moved by Silicon Valley’s energy and its ecosystem of the big and bold startups disrupting conventional businesses, their founders and funders, many of whom have become household names globally by making the impossible possible.
Karina is passionate about bleeding-edge technologies and innovation realizing that they are the most powerful drivers of transformation and success, basically shaping all aspects of life whether cultural, economic, political, sociological, medical, psychological, physiological, and so on.
An entrepreneurial technologist by training, she is also a consultant for start-ups and a bridge-builder between the Philippines and Silicon Valley’s ecosystems.
To contact Karina, please email her: karina@exquisemag.com
or find her on twitter @Karinasfonyc
here is also a suggested reading list for anyone interested in knowing more about the subject Karina touched upon here:
As you now know, my passion is in bleeding-edge technologies (big thinkers and big ideas - current and historic), particularly, AI, Robotics, and the brain, mind, and consciousness (Psychology, Neuroscience, Philosophy). Here are some of the books that opened the "door" for me, basically blew my mind, and, like Alice, I just fell into the rabbit hole and into this wild, wild, insanely awesome world that is magical. "Curiouser and curiouser, indeed," said Karina... The more I know, the more I don't know, ergo, the more I want --- and need --- to know. Besides these mind-bending topics, I am also doing a lot of reading on anything and all theoretical physics, quantum mechanics, quantum technology, quantum computers, cosmology ... the foundational technologies that will be the avenues to more possibilities, more potentials, infinite discoveries towards a desirable future for humanity, the future... Without further ado, here are my top favorite books thus far: * Sapiens - Yuval Noah Harari - NYTimes bestseller - a phenomenal account of history explaining how homo sapiens got to today. * Homo Deus - Yuval Noah Harari - NYTimes bestseller - a continuation of Sapiens * Leonardo da Vinci - Walter Isaacson - NYTimes bestseller - Remarkable take on a monumental figure inspired by thousands of pages from this genius' genius's astonishing notebooks. * Einstein - Walter Isaacson - NYTimes bestseller, another superbly-written book on another genius' genius. * Life 3.0 - Max Tegmark - NYTimes bestseller, a Barack Obama favorite books 2018, a Bloomberg Technology list book 2018, a Bill Gates favorite books 2018 on how humans will evolve. Magnificent. * Superintelligence - Nick Bostrom - The term "paperclips" representative of a notion in a world of superintelligence that became ubiquitous the AI community originated from this book. "Swedish philosopher Nick Bostrom from the University of Oxford. It argues that if machine brains surpass human brains in general intelligence, then this new superintelligence could replace humans as the dominant lifeform on Earth. Sufficiently intelligent machines could improve their own capabilities faster than human-computer." * Industries of the Future - Alec Ross - American technology policy expert and the former Senior Advisor for Innovation to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during her time as Secretary of State his insight on where we are headed and how to prepare for this coming world. * The Age of Surveillance Capitalism - Shoshan Zuboff - well-written, well-researched book on how our minds are manipulated by technology for capitalism * Consciousness - Confessions of A Romantic Reductionist - The inimitable Christof Koch, president and chief scientist of the Allen Institute for Brain Science in Seattle and his take on consciousness. * Left To Their Own Devices - Julie Albright - Digital Sociologist take on the impact of tech on society * Our Mathematical Universe - Max Tegmark - MIT Physics professor proves and explains in simple yet mind-bending terms the impossible concept of parallel universes. * Thinking Fast and Slow - Daniel Kahneman - NYTimes bestseller, renowned psychologist and winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics, "a groundbreaking tour of the mind and explains the two systems that drive the way we think. System 1 is fast, intuitive, and emotional; System 2 is slower, more deliberative, and more logical."

Seema Agarwal is a mystic, truth-seeker, and a transformation catalyst. she cares deeply about the individual well-being and shaping of our collective consciousness.
She started her professional career as an Engineer but soon realized that her inner devotion and love towards the Divine outweighed everything. This love led her through a journey of healing, awakening, and weeding out that from her consciousness which kept her separate.
The never-ending quest for understanding life’s mysteries brought her to many long spiritual journeys in India and the West, where she spent a considerable amount of time learning the different streams of wisdom – Divine Union through Yoga, Breathwork, Mantras, Systemic Constellations, Ancestral Healing, Energy Healing, Evolutionary Astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys.
At some point in her journey all the personal and collective suffering within her exploded and she became at peace with the world. Life with all its ironies has been humbling and beautiful.
Her purpose of my life is love, service, and liberation.
what you will hear in this podcast:
this was different than most podcast I do. a little more teachy than I usual allow but the information is so fascinating I wanted to let it happen because I truly believe she sees links to ancestral healing that we don’t see.

WENDY MAY MOSAIC PODCAST
Published author, public speaker, purpose led enterpreneur-conscious business coach, former corporate climber and recovering achievement addict. She did all the things that she was supposed to do to become “successful”. She is a Harvard alumni, with a graduate business degree from UCLA and spent 15 years in corporate leadership and organisational consulting but when she got there, she felt exhausted and strangely empty.
In the opening chapter of her book, Regenerative Purpose she share the details of how she started on her own purpose journey. To make these big changes she had to "starve the ego to feed the soul." she had to let go of old goals and old identities redefining her concept of success, and learn entirely new ways of being and leading in this world. Now she is here to serve as a purpose path guide, and process holder. She works with individuals and organizations who have a deep desire to participate in the co-creation of a new paradigm by saying yes to purpose and not just any purpose but the regenerative sort of purpose that is dynamic, interdependent, and cyclical in nature.

MIHA MATIEVSKi
In 2009, Miha had four companies go bankrupt overnight: landing him $5 million in debt. Contemplating suicide to escape the pain as he looked over the balcony, he had a life-saving AH-HA moment. He realized that failure was a normal part of life: admitting to himself that he failed and to recognize he needed to stop blaming others and circumstances. This was the turning point when he made a choice to learn from his failures so he could do things differently in the future and to help others. Since then, he has climbed back to create a business and scaling it to 8 figures in less than a year. His life mission is to help people develop a healthy relationship with failure. Especially entrepreneurs.

Jeffery Davis lived the life he thought everybody' wanted him to live. He owned property in one of the most prestigious areas in San Francisco and worked in media sales, at Newsweek, The New Yorker, was involved with several start-ups, and was professionally invested in a business that had nothing to do with his passion; until he couldn't pretend anymore.
He was out of touch with his feelings and unable to even recognize many of them; and although he was able to attract wonderful people as partners, he had no idea how to be a wonderful partner or how to create a fulfilling relationship.
He was disconnected.
Through his own learnings he created a practical process for people to follow to dive deep into what has been stopping them from living from their heart and gut (rather than always from the head), and the tools to powerfully create the lives they truly dreamt of living.
if you want a life full of joy with a fire in your belly, he wants you to know it is possible for you, just as it was possible for him.To learn more about Jeffery, please go to:

Besides being a bestselling author of One Red Thread and Fiercely Loyal: How High Performing Companies Develop and Retain Top Talent, Dov has been named one of Inc. Magazines Top 100 Leadership Speakers to Hire and as one of the Top 30 Global Leadership Guru's. He has spoken to the United Nations, The World Management Forum (Iran), The New York National Speakers Association, and The Servant Leadership Institute.
Dovs humour and no-BS style is contagious. As a master storyteller, he is considered to be the leading authority on actualized leadership. Actualized leadership means getting the result you set out to achieve in the most meaningful manner.
Working with diverse leaders and executive teams, Dov filters common bonds to create Fiercely Loyal cultures. You cant achieve loyalty without meaning and talent only stay when they feel they are a part of something larger than themselves.

After ten reconstructive surgeries, no external evidence remains; however, this experience wasn’t just life-changing, it has been completely transformational. Dov shares how Dragons are born in fire, experiences that could potentially destroy you, instead can birth purpose, passion, and hunger to champion others to nurture the Dragon Fire in ourselves, our families, our communities, and our companies.Â

But of all the accolades, all the amazing people who speak so highly of Dr James and his work, the thing that interests me the most, is how in the emptiness of a life filled struggle, what happened when in the search for a plastic thumb, he walked into a magic shop.
what you will hear in this podcast:
the beauty of what happens when we have no idea why we are doing what we are doing, but we do it anyway
how the situations we are born into DO NOT always determine the life that is possible for us.
what happened to him when he rode his bike much farther than he would normally ride and walked into a magic shop
*the power of a radiant smile
*the point where the way one person sees the world and another who sees the world differently collide and what happens to change the reality of the world they see
what happened in the back room of a magic shop
the important of attending life
the narrative we have that has nothing to do with reality
how the change in narrative changed his perception of the world he saw
the power of a change of perception and what it allowed me to become
how being told things were not going to work and how he walked past that
when we change the way we see the world the world we see changes, going deeper into that.
the gift we have is how we respond to things, not the ability to change the things that happen.
equanimity - evenness in a world that moves up and down
attachment to transitory realities that bring unhappiness.
the gifts of pain
how the view of the angry kid and the way the world should respond to him but how this angry kid allowed this woman in a magic shop give him “psychological safety”
the biases that effect the interactions we have
the intersection point between the angry kid and the compassionate woman
the dirty window story
where did he learn some of the most valuable insights
the ego mind and the beginners mind
the story of the liquor story and the quart of vodka the story of the man and the friendship that emerged
the story of the homeless man and what he saw
the effect of listening to someone for only 10 minutes
the compassion center and how people would book appointments just so someone would listen to them
one of the greatest gift we can give to ourselves when we just listen to another.
what people think when we show our emotions and how people want to fix us.
the story of the village we used to grow up in and the moderation of the life we live now.
in the presence of great spiritual leaders and unconditional love
the story of the mirror maker
the bridge from the world we do not want to hand over to our children to the possibility that exist for what the world could be
his kind suggestion that everyone contributes to The Listening Tour.
the story of the 12 year child
thank you all for the gift of your time and to Dr James for the work he is doing and get involved with what he has created.

Lisa Daron Grossman, founder of The Connection Cure, speaker, facilitator, and coach, has made it her life's work to listen, learn, and engage in conversations around loneliness, connection, and compassion.
A native New Yorker, she has been living on the road full-time as part of her cross-country human engagement journey, exploring face-to-face connection as a catalyst for healing and wellness.
For the past three years she has been traveling across the U.S. meeting strangers and listening to stories of loneliness, love, and belonging, challenging people to notice more moments of connection in their daily lives.
What you will hear in the podcast:
one of my big inspirations. Lisa has done for the few years, something that i am about to embark upon in a couple of months bringing to the world the message of connection
the importance of human connection
the highs and lows that live in our passion
hear why she original thought she went on her journey and what she learned once she was actually out on the road
does isolation affect our physical wellbeing
what if we could heal ourself through human connection
micro moments of connection
how a brief genuine moment of connection even with a stranger is an opportunity for healing
the intimacy she experienced with total strangers
In To Me See - the new definition
hw growing up in a home that modelled for her compassion and freedom and taking risks and how that foundation contribute to a girl who felt so much loneliness.
the feeling that “I have to do this on my own>”
the stories we grow up with and the realisation that these are just stories.
hear her thoughts when for the first time in over two years she was alone and wondering what to do now that she is alone.
*how to be more aware of the moments that are micro moments
is every person supposed to be a micro moment?
the science shows the more we look into the eyes of another person, the more we determine how safe we can feel.
what does it mean for a micro moment to become a macro moment?
how she started to want to return to the people she had connected to.
did the trip help her relieve or even heal her pain?
what if you go out and when you come back you feel different but the science of it (blood levels, and medical diagnosis) remains the same, does that mean you were successful or does it mean you failed?
there is a science behind the feeling
how leading with loneliness brings connection
what does loneliness want to say to us?
the difference between the joy of being alone and the loneliness of being alone
the stories we make up to keep us lonely
the difference that comes when we stop and stay vs those moments that comes when we are constantly moving
the 4 steps of connection
what happens when we allow a lack of distraction to introduce us to being with ourselves
the forever journey of the connection to self
what scared her the most being on the road
does stopping and staying put scare you?
on the other side, what excited her most in what she found?
the amazing things people share when we take the time and just listen.
listen to the world she sees so that you can know it.

Richard Blanco’s mother, seven months pregnant, and the rest of the family arrived as exiles from Cuba to Madrid where he was born.
Forty-five days later, the family immigrated once more to New York City, and eventually settled in Miami. Only a few weeks old, Blanco already belonged to three countries, a foreshadowing of the negotiations of cultural identity, community, and belonging that would shape his life and continue to inform his work.
As a poet, memoirist, and essayist, Blanco is a sought-after speaker who captivates audiences around the nation and the world with his dynamic storytelling and powerful readings.
Advocating for diversity, LGBTQ rights, immigration, arts education, cultural exchange, and other important issues of our time, Blanco routinely speaks at a variety of venues and functions, including fundraisers and galas, professional development conferences, middle and high schools, universities, commencement ceremonies, writing conferences, and literary festivals.
Whether speaking as the Cuban Blanco or the American Richard, the homebody or the world traveler, the shy boy or the openly gay man, the civil engineer or the civic-minded poet, Blanco’s writings possess a story-rich quality that illuminates the human spirit. His work asks those universal questions we all ask ourselves on our own journeys: Where am I from? Where do I belong? Who am I in this world?
Here is what you will hear in this podcast:
hear the big message he wants to convay to the world today.
what it means to be dependence, independent and interdependent
the influence of his parents being 2nd language english speakers and how he learned the linguistic power of language
how language is not just a form of communication but rather a way fo being in the world.
how growing up in a family who didn’t know who the Rolling Stones were, and was homophobic around the arts and the creative curiosity that led him to poetry.
*what happens when you do something full heartedly without expectation.
*how through exploring he found poetry, something that he never even knew was possible.
the simplicity of following your heart,
how just showing up in those crisis moments and just continuing to show up in all aspects of life
the experience of discovering something new
hear him explore those moments of self doubt
the dance of simplicity and success and ego and how it influenced his poetry
the call from the white house
the constant dance of ego and self doubt
listen to his beautiful honesty and vulnerability of his being
the love and innocence of simple guy who wrote for the joy of writing and the prestige of the accomplished writer who doesn’t want toilet down his readers and the effect both have on his writing
*how challenging yourself keeps you relevant
the harmony he feels at the creative edge
the mindset that always second guesses ourselves and thinks we could have done better vs, showing up as the simple person we are and doing the best we can do
*writing as a spiritual practice and a practice of surrender
*make me an instrument of your peace- st
inaugural speech
the hardest thing in living is getting to the simplest place or flow
it was the best of times and the worst of times
ONE TODAY
A Poem for Barack Obama's Presidential Inauguration
January 21, 2013
One sun rose on us today, kindled over our shores,
peeking over the Smokies, greeting the faces
of the Great Lakes, spreading a simple truth
across the Great Plains, then charging across the Rockies.
One light, waking up rooftops, under each one, a story
told by our silent gestures moving behind windows.
My face, your face, millions of faces in morning’s mirrors,
each one yawning to life, crescendoing into our day:
pencil-yellow school buses, the rhythm of traffic lights,
fruit stands: apples, limes, and oranges arrayed like rainbows
begging our praise. Silver trucks heavy with oil or paper—
bricks or milk, teeming over highways alongside us,
on our way to clean tables, read ledgers, or save lives—
to teach geometry, or ring-up groceries as my mother did
for twenty years, so I could write this poem.
All of us as vital as the one light we move through,
the same light on blackboards with lessons for the day:
equations to solve, history to question, or atoms imagined,
the “I have a dream” we keep dreaming,
or the impossible vocabulary of sorrow that won’t explain
the empty desks of twenty children marked absent
today, and forever. Many prayers, but one light
breathing color into stained glass windows,
life into the faces of bronze statues, warmth
onto the steps of our museums and park benches
as mothers watch children slide into the day.
One ground. Our ground, rooting us to every stalk
of corn, every head of wheat sown by sweat
and hands, hands gleaning coal or planting windmills
in deserts and hilltops that keep us warm, hands
digging trenches, routing pipes and cables, hands
as worn as my father’s cutting sugarcane
so my brother and I could have books and shoes.
The dust of farms and deserts, cities and plains
mingled by one wind—our breath. Breathe. Hear it
through the day’s gorgeous din of honking cabs,
buses launching down avenues, the symphony
of footsteps, guitars, and screeching subways,
the unexpected song bird on your clothes line.
Hear: squeaky playground swings, trains whistling,
or whispers across café tables, Hear: the doors we open
for each other all day, saying: hello / shalom,
buon giorno / howdy / namaste / or buenos días
in the language my mother taught me—in every language
spoken into one wind carrying our lives
without prejudice, as these words break from my lips.
One sky: since the Appalachians and Sierras claimed
their majesty, and the Mississippi and Colorado worked
their way to the sea. Thank the work of our hands:
weaving steel into bridges, finishing one more report
for the boss on time, stitching another wound
or uniform, the first brush stroke on a portrait,
or the last floor on the Freedom Tower
jutting into a sky that yields to our resilience.
One sky, toward which we sometimes lift our eyes
tired from work: some days guessing at the weather
of our lives, some days giving thanks for a love
that loves you back, sometimes praising a mother
who knew how to give, or forgiving a father
who couldn’t give what you wanted.
We head home: through the gloss of rain or weight
of snow, or the plum blush of dusk, but always—home,
always under one sky, our sky. And always one moon
like a silent drum tapping on every rooftop
and every window, of one country—all of us—
facing the stars
hope—a new constellation
waiting for us to map it,
waiting for us to name it—together
THE PRAYER OF ST FRANCIS that Richard referenced
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace
Where there is hatred, let me sow love
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
And where there is sadness, joy
O Divine Master, grant that I may
Not so much seek to be consoled as to console
To be understood, as to understand
To be loved, as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
And it's in pardoning that we are pardoned
And it's in dying that we are born to Eternal Life
Amen

As a coach for leaders and business owners, Sarah is known for injecting spirit and energy into the whole family as she helps her clients shift perspectives and change their lives through simple conversations.
She has also become one of my mentors and i can tell you from my own personal experience, the more i listen to what money is saying to me, the more things start to change in my relationship with it. It makes complete sense when I think about tit, because how can i have a relationship with someone or something, if i never give it a chance to tell me what it wants to say to me. If you get nothing more from this podcast than just this one simple perceptual shift, it will be one of themes important gifts you have ever given yourself.

Noah benShea is one of North America’s most respected and beloved poet philosophers. He is a Pulitzer Prize nominated, international Best Selling author of 25 books translated into 18 languages.
He was a dean at UCLA at the age of 22 and at 30 a Fellow at several esteemed “think tanks". He has served as a private advisor to corporate and political leaders
If you look at the testimonials he lists on his page it is a virtual who’s who of people you would love to sit with for even just a moment, but the one that touches me is from a childhood hero of mine Sandy Koufax, a Jewish pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers.
People told me I reminded them of him, that my book The Mosaic reminded them of his book, Jacob the Baker
I have loved our correspondence and Noah’s brilliance, wit and kindness and it is with pleasure that I welcome him to:

Like all of us, I’m an alchemist; a magician; an artist, explorer, and a creator. I see life as a grand adventure, a play that can have as many acts and rewrites as I can envision. I’ve enjoyed trying on different faces in different phases, stretching my creative muscles, discovering different talents, and exploring the limits of my “What if…?” kind of mindset.
Of course, if you read my CV or what people have said about me, you’ll learn enough to start building some kind of picture. Like… how I started my career as a magazine journalist… became an author… and a conceptualizer, developer and Managing Editor of magazines…
All of that is well and good but for me, Sandie is my muse. She is the one that drew out of me, the most important work I have done in my life. It is her patience, her kindness, her relentless desire to not let me get away with something less than what was possible that makes me forever indebted to her. She is the reason, The Mosaic exists.

Shawn Harper
Shawn Harper's accomplishments as a motivational speaker were not achieved over night it was a process that stemmed from childhood.
Shawn’s childhood was marked with poverty, by 5th Grade he was documented with five learning disabilities, stuttering, academic failure, drugs, and alcohol. This was a process he had to endure to develop strength of character to become the confident man he is today.
He is a former NFL offensive lineman who played a total of seven seasons with the Rams, the Oilers, the Colts, and NFL Europe. Since 2004 he has owned and operates American Services and Protection, a multi-million-dollar security services firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. A Motivational Speaker and an Author. His journey from the grit and sweat of the NFL locker room to the corporate culture of the boardroom proved that he could win in both worlds by using many of the same principles and strategies!
As a powerful, nationally-recognized motivational speaker, Shawn Harper has inspired countless individuals and corporations such as Dow Chemical, Northwest Mutual, Beach Body, Chambers Of Commerce, Michigan Aggregates Association and Goodwill Industries to maximize their resources, harness their potential, and manifest their vision. Growth and reproduction in the areas of leadership, capacity, teamwork, adversity, and communications are the hallmarks of winners.
Harper understands that on the journey to victory, obstacles will arise and challengers will push back, but he believes that “a setback is just a setup for a comeback”!

Bryan and Jen Dangerz (aka TheDangerz)
They have spent the last 7yrs living a nomadic lifestyle focused on happiness and adventure. They converted first a VW Bus into a living space and travelled to the bottommost point of Central America. As money was running out, they returned to Oregon and built a tiny house (really more of a loft) out of their garage and spent a year helping others to minimise their living situations, and then choose to rent out their garage as a B&B to live in our Sprinter CamperVan and are digital nomads running our small businesses from the road.
Somewhere along the way they met an old sailor who inspired them to sell their Sprinter Camper/Van and buy a sailboat and take their adventure to the sea. The only thing is that neither of them ever sailed before and so they used this as an opportunity to jump into something they knew nothing about and continue their adventure.
They decided several years ago to become minimalists and to collect memories rather than material things and eventually quit their jobs to live a simple and happy lifestyle today rather than waiting on a retirement that may never come.

Treveal C.W. Lynch | Self-Worth Specialist, Speaker, Author his latest book is what is enough, Pastor and Founder of iamthepossible®.
With extreme passion and transparency, Treveal has been captivating audiences for over 18 years. Through his thought-provoking yet highly applicable messages, Treveal communicates ideas that inspire audiences to see themselves in ways they never imagined possible.
In this podcast, you will hear:
The miracle of what happens when 2 people who don’t know each other sitdown together and have a conversation and agree to hold the space for each other and others to make the transformation.
We invite those of you who listen to this show to allow that moment when the plane goes above the stormy skies, above the clouds and is suddenly in the sunshine and blue sky. One moment away, one elevation away. stormy skies turn sunny and this is the moment we hope we have created for you.
It is through experiences and moments that things can happen that we would neer imagine.
Grateful for this moment, because we never know how many moments we have.
Hear a very vulnerable transparent answer to a simple question.
Listen to what the innocence of his early childhood mind, what he thought he could be. Hear his earliest memory of what he could remember and how through the conversation who he wanted to be made a lot of sense.
Internal playgrounds.
The pain in his life that was so hard for him that caused him to create the internal playgrounds.
No father, an addicted mother who was abused mentally, verbally and physically made him angry and afraid and what happened.
Fear and what scares him now. And then on further reflection, what arises?
Hear his thoughts on being a contribution to the world.
And what happens when we talk further.
The Ordinary – Extraordinary discussion. And the revelation that comes from it.
A very honest look at life.
The power of showing up as yourself.
What is Enough and what that means.
What it means to maximize my capacity, my contribution and rest in the already.
The book most of us write, the talks most of us give are the things we most need to learn. The Mosaic is what I most need to learn.
The belief that I could control things. If I just did A,B and C this would happen, hear how this belief that Treveal once had, changes into a sense of flow.
Hear how quickly he is able to see another reality and the transformation of his feelings change as the story he tells himself changes.
Hear how powerful The Mosaic Process is and see it happen in real time.
Hear what he says to a person who is scared to let go of control and just go with flow.
The authority of observation and how it helps in letting go of control.
The story of the man, the boat, the tumultuous ocean and the lifeguard.
A story of what happened when he was trying to control life and the story of the 4 ladies that allowed him to let go and receive help.
The invitation into self discovery to be your contribution. To know that you are here for a reason, created by something greater, and I would invite you to consider yourself to be a contribution to the betterment of our society.

Violette de Ayala is a Cuban-American serial and social Entrepreneur, Founder of FemCity®, and virtual mentor to over 20,000 women. She’s also the author of The Self-Guided Guru© Lessons for Everyday Humans
Violette has been quoted and appeared in many of the best known magazines, served as part of The White House: and has been a Keynote speaker for major organisations.
Her mission, FemCity has over 125 locations in the US, Canada and the Islands.
Violette and Stephen and have three kids that span mid 20’s to tween age. Their gracefully aging rescue dog, Cosmo is a frequent pseudo star on her instagram.
This is a fabulous conversation and a must listen for anyone who feels that their circumstances define their reality. Listen as Violette de Ayala rediscovers her purpose after wanting her whole life, to do something and then being told it was not practical.
This is a great podcast for anyone wanting to overcome their circumstances and do more in the world. This is for those who are tired of blaming others, or the world for the circumstances of life and who realize, it all starts with you.
Listen to this podcast to hear how:
Who she wanted to be her whole life and how in high school someone told her something that made her abandon those first dreams.
How powerful our words are and the affect we can have on another person.
A latch key kid, both parents working and how her mother’s addiction to perception drugs impacted her. That moment when Violette realized her mom was never going to get well and how she dealt with that.
The moments she remembers, glimpses of greatness in mothering where she knew her mom loved her and the next day she was totally gone.
A touching moment that is lovely to hear but she has put it all out of her mind and heart and made her peace with it and is ok with what is and how it made her a better mother and human being.
Violette makes peace with an emotionally abusive mother who would pull her in close only to hurt her deeply in the next moment by discarding her emotionally.
Getting love from other mother like figures who helped her be who she is now. The effect of seeing other mothers in close relationship with their daughters.
A personal moment from me and what my friend Intuitive, Sonia Choquette told me. And a moment Violette shares of James Van Prugh about choosing our life.
What surprises her most?
How she realizes that every thing she went through became a possibility for her to share things with others
What is FemCity?
She started a movement called FemCity, that now has chapters in 125 cities and how a series of Aha moments and the sacrifice of everything she had led to FemCity.
How a need she felt in her own life led her to create a safe space for other woman and how woman in other cities wanted to do it too.
Creating a place where woman could be friends.
How what she created is different from a networking group?
What actually happens in a FemCity group and the type of woman FemCity is looking to have. The beauty of meeting people who are different and seeing the similarities, a very Mosaic like idea.
The perspective that makes the whole feel of life change.
A look into her snippet of the world. As you see the world, the world becomes. Invite people into your home. Kindness starts with you.

I never spoke to Tommy before this podcast, never saw him or even heard of him before, but something about his story intrigued me when I saw it in an email from a service that present podcasters with guests. Our conversation was real, and raw and rich and filled with valuable nuggets that can be applied to life instantly.
From overcoming incarceration as a young man to working at the largest financial consulting firms in the world he gained business notoriety and financial success. He became Senior Partner, International Practice Leader and Member of the Board of Directors. He looked successful on the outside, but was crumbling on the inside and almost lost everything. Tommy made the choice to transform his life and follow his true calling and believes his purpose is to empower humans to build a legendary life.
In listening to his story, it once again touches me that where we are in any moment is only where we are in that moment. One piece away, one connection, one change in the connection we make opens up a whole new reality. Listen in, a new life awaits you.

Philip McKernan
Inspirational Speaker, Writer & Filmmaker
I found out about Philip in a conversation with Srinivas Rao, the creator and genius mind behind The Unmistakable Creative Podcast. Philip has been a guest on his podcast several times and he and I will be a part of a completely unique conference Srinivas is putting together in Nashville, TN. In speaking with Srini about the conference, he told me he was trying to decide between Philip and I as to who he wanted to have close down the conference because of how dynamic he feels we both are.
Clearly, that made me want to meet this man.
Philip works with entrepreneurs and business leaders all over the world. When people are seeking clarity about their future or want to move through roadblocks, seen and unseen, they call Philip.
What separates Philip from a lot of coaches, speakers and gurus is originality. He brings new conversations to the table and spends an obscene amount of time thinking and challenging the status quo, instead of simply repackaging business & life hacking strategies.

Myrna Lou Goldbaum is a Master Palmist, Author, Soul Mate Specialist She teaches classes in Palmistry with an insightful explanation of the lines and symbols on the palm and is accurate, compassionate and listens. The modality employed is referred to as Asian Palmistry.
What I particularly liked about this guest is that she reinforces one of the central ideas of my book The Mosaic, that everything in life is speaking to us. What if I were to tell you that you have a road map that can help you navigate through life and you are not even aware of it. Myrna Lou has trained herself to be able to see things in our palms that most of us do not see. What would you see if you could see what you do not see?
She has read 56,572 palms and I was only one of a few that had questions about the reading. We spoke over the phone and had a good conversation, so it is with pleasure that I introduce you to Myrna Lou Goldbaum.

MEI-LAN MAURITAS
It is my purpose to connect people to their heart and guide them back to their soul light and purpose. My method is Angelic sound healing. My connection to Spirit allows me to attune myself to the language of your soul which I then channel into a beautiful song with a message and light language. The song invokes a deep remembrance within you—it is my intention with these songs to connect you to source energy and anchor that energy down into your body to align you with heaven and earth. I have spent many years searching for answers of who I am and why I’m here. It wasn’t until I went deep within and connected to my soul that my life began to change. An awareness began to fill me: I am a sovereign being who is here for a specific reason and purpose. The next step was finding my purpose and once I did I felt the deepest sense of peace and fulfillment. Ever since, I have dedicated myself to assisting and guiding the light workers, keepers of the earth, and star seeds to find their souls path and higher purpose so we can heal and impact our world. If you feel the stirring in your soul to connect to your true purpose, send me a private message on this page and we’ll begin the discovery—together. In this podcast we talk about:

One of the reasons I created The Mosaic Podcast is to show in the beautiful life of people everywhere, that who they are in the moment is just that who they are in this moment, but not who they are in totality. So often, we forget all that has happened and all that still awaits us and we define ourselves by our experience in this moment. We are not who we are in this moment, but rather we are The Mosaic of all of our moments.
Jez Alborough’s life illustrates this point beautifully. Jez is an award-winning, bestselling creator of children’s picture books, which have sold over 8 million copies.
But in 2004 he suffered a breakdownwhich gradually turned into a breakthrough; after seven years of suffering and introspection, his identification with personality fell away. He now shares what he has found through his Life Beyond Personality books and videos.

“Our purpose is to create the highest possible quality of life we can, for ourselves and the people we love, while helping others around us do the same.” Jon Butcher

I had the great pleasure of sitting together on numerous occasion with Jon and his beautiful wife Missy. They were kind enough to have us stay at their home when we took the amazing Lifebook Program. Just talking to Jon again on this podcast re-inspired me to look at my life as a Mosaic. by integrating each of the 12 categories of Lifebook together to build the life I want to live.
While taking Lifebook, I had amazing breakthroughs and then returning home, I got caught back up in the day to day of my life, but the beauty of Lifebook is that the truths uncovered remain and now as i go back into it, i am recharged and re-inspired. They believe so much in the Lifebook Program that if you complete the online program, they refund your money. It is free with accountability. To sign up, go to:

Here are some of the things we discussed in the Mosaic Podcast:
A Transparent Confession: I gave Jon the right to edit out of this podcast anything that didn’t feel right, but not a word was changed.
Jon is an artist and he came from a family that struggled to be successful and grew up poor, but then after decades, monetized their craft to become one of the most successful commercial artist in history of the world, with his company Precious Moments.
The determination and commitment it takes to achieve success.
How persistence is the most essential quality an entrepreneur can have in order to succeed.
How to know when to be persistent and when to give up. How do you know when to pull the plug and when to bear down and push through it?
Hear how Jon’s story exemplifies that where you are at any point in time in only where you are at that point in time.
How, Jon’s soul mate Missy, kept the vision of Lifebook alive when Jon thought a couple fo times to give up on it.
Passion, purpose and the full circle of your life.
How when you build your life as a Mosaic, that is inclusive of all of the parts of your life, when you make a change in one area, your whole life changes.
His friend’s advice about how important it is to give back, especially when you have gone through something hard and you have the answers to help others get through it in their life.
A gift that works every time for every person.
The shift to allow someone else to help you and the shift from stagnant to successful.
If something isn’t working, do some thing different.
Opportunities come in the form of people. How the partnership with Vishen of Mindvalley completely changed his business. He was brilliant in all the ways we had gaps.
The discovery of Lifebook and a story very few people know.
The 12 categories of Lifebook
What it is and how it works
The 4 critical questions you ask yourself across all 12 categories.

WILLIAM MANZANARES – I CAN’T READ
If not being able to read was a disease, it would be an epidemic.
Millions of Americans can't read but illiteracy often goes unacknowledged or unnoticed. If you are the parent or teacher of a child who struggles with reading, you know the painful way that illiteracy steals their confidence and robs them of the joy that comes from learning.
William Manzanares IV - a member of the Puyallup Tribe in Washington state - wrote I Can't Read to give the literacy conversation a much-needed jumpstart. William, who grew up unable to read and later learned he had dyslexia, overcame these obstacles and transformed himself into a successful serial entrepreneur. In this inspirational story, William shares strategic superpowers that worked for him in the hopes it will improve literacy for those who can't read. The book includes personal anecdotes to inspire kids everywhere - especially young Native Americans - to pursue their dreams.

ERIN LOMAN JECK is the CEO of The Transformation Speakers Agency and the creator of The Transformation Speakers Summit.
She came into a conversation we had together asking “How can I help you?”
She had such a desire to create a mission that would change the world and she realized that she couldn’t do this on her own, so she reached out to others and asked how she could support them in growing their mission
As a child, she wanted to be a dolphin trainer and was a dolphin trainer in the Florida keys. Hear how the dolphins healed her from head injuries from a very serious car accident.
Hear how the lose of her parents created a program in her head that became her biggest fear.
How her walls protected her and took the hits for her, protecting her and protecting her people and how she was able to let “Nurse Rachet” go. Hear our strategies for letting the walls that protect us rest.
Hear how the ability to be able to feel what other people felt became her greatest strength. And then how the stories that she created around her strength feel like a power she had, but wasn’t really a true power.
If I can fix you, help you, take away your pain hopefully you will love me.
Listen to her speak about her lack of self esteem and the judgements she would feel and internalise and convince her that she was stupid.
The effect vibrationally of the thought I am not good enough on the talks they give with their mouth.
The 4 parts of compelling communication:
Non Verbal 50% of what people pick up is the presence you bring into the room. If you are tense and nervous, the audience hears you have something to hide. Who you are, actually communicates the opposite of what you are saying and then nothing is heard. Fascinating realization The fear of being judged, criticized and ridiculed. Some of the most powerful leaders we have known have been shot and taken out for their message. Some people will not like your message, and that’s ok. How the fear we feel gets in the way of us doing what we know we have to do.
Vocal Tonality – 35 %When we do not change our tonality and pace, what we say gets lost. And how this awakens another part of the human brain.

Andrew Forsthoefel is a writer, speaker, and peace activist After graduating from Middlebury College, he was ready to begin his adult life, but didn’t know how.
So he decided to take a cross-country quest in search of guidance. His goal was to see everyone he met as his guide.
In the year that followed, he faced an Appalachian winter and a Mojave summer. and as challenging as those both were they paled in comparison to the beasts he met inside himself: fear, loneliness, doubt.
Thought he was advised to not trust anyone, he encountered incredible kindness from strangers of all all races and economics. Thousands shared their stories with him, sometimes confiding their prejudices, too. Often he didn’t know how to respond.
He wanted to know how to find unity in diversity? How to stay connected, even as fear works to tear us apart? He listened for answers that he hoped would come until he began to find that the answers might be in listening itself.
After his year-long walk across America, Andrew began sharing the stories of the people he met.
He co-produced a radio documentary about this project that was featured on "This American Life," and wrote his book, Walking to Listen, which goes deeper into the stories and explores the practice and philosophy of walking to listen.
Andrew now writes and speaks about the discipline of trustworthy listening and its role in the work of reconciliation, transformational resistance, and peace-making at the personal and collective levels. He gives workshops and trains participants in the work of becoming a trustworthy listener.
So much of who he is is a younger version who i am as the moment i finished my book one year ago, i felt to out on the road and be with the people no one listens too.
Topic we spoke about:
How Andrew reminds me of Mo, the main character in my book The Mosaic, and a younger version of me.
Even as an 8th grader, it seems somehow Andrew had an instinct that he would be walking to do something in the world.
The cookie cutter of normal vs the unique expression of being your true self and the confusion that comes when we don’t fit in.
What was the thing Andrew was most scared of?
Whose life will I be living if I don’t know myself. Whose life will I be living if I don’t know myself?
In a world where you listened to others, did you ever feel listened to? And did you ever really allow yourself to be listened to and seen in the pain you were walking with?
To really share your vulnerability can be really scary.
How Andrew could listen and be there for others when he didn’t trust others to listen to him.
How people on the walk and everywhere taught Andrew to listen?
How people experienced being listened to by a trustworthy listener?
The practice of being alone allowed me to see some part of me in every one I met, and the process of encountering myself everyday walking by myself across the country and getting in touch with my hearts capacity to feel.
The courage to deal with the inner demons you met along the way.
Experience the miracle of encountering another human being.
Understanding the magic that comes when we realise we can’t do this alone.
How the journey of 4,000 miles comes into today’s moment.
The BeKind2U 21 day Consecutive Day Challenge
How do you reconcile now that you speak about listening more than doing your practice of listening?

This is a must listen to podcast. Tina and I jump right into a conversation that seems so easy and yet within each story there are big lessons for all of us to hear.
Raised in the suburbs of Denver, her mom gave her the precision of a concert pianist and her dad gave her the freedom and compassion of friendship. She was raised as many of us were thinking that her path was to go to school, college, get married and find a career, but none of that resonated with her.
depression and its role in the development of her entire life
no mater where you are, you are not there always, just there now.
we have become removed from some of the things that inherently bring us peace. this is a story of a round peg that never fit into a square hole and she had the courage to find the place where she belonged.
seeing the world she was in didn't seem to feel comfortable, she picked up and drove her minivan to California to be where the people who wrote books she read lived and she met Jai Uttal and was invited to sing with him and join his newly formed group "The Love Pagan Orchestra".
Her dance with depression and the vibration that elevates us above problems and differences is why you want to jump in right now and listen to this podcast.
Tina Malia is a musical visionary in the world, dream pop and sacred chant communities, who embraces the heart through original compositions that elate and inspire.
Her all-encompassing worldview and artistic perspective have led Tina to collaborations with iconic artists such as India.Arie, Deva Premal & Miten, Omar Faruk Tekbilek and Idan Raichel, Bassnectar, and Kenny Loggins. Tina's prodigious talent is evidenced by her self-produced catalog of albums: Shores of Avalon, Jaya Bhagavan, The Silent Awakening, The Lost Frontier, Bridge to Vallabha and Anahata.
Thrilled to be bringing her musical inspiration for the first time to Uddevalla, Malia reflects, “Music, through its sheer beauty, has the power to free the heart, uplift the soul and connect communities all over the world. When we gather together to sing, dance, pray and remember our connection to life and one another, we are touched by the simple act of love moving through sound. I can not think of a better way to spend my time than sharing this joy.”
Winner of four Global Peace Song Awards, Malia’s music has been acclaimed by audiences the world over, radio, press and industry tastemakers, including Echoes’ John Diliberto, Kenny Loggins, Jai Uttal, Bassnectar, Yoga Journal, Zone Music Reporter, Music Connection and Huffington Post.

In this episode, we jumped right in to a conversation that just spontaneously evolves.
to the idea that the way we perceive the world is just that, the way WE SEE the world, not the world that is. We will talk about why Beau thinks this is.
we see the world that is useful for us to see
His third Ted Talk and how it feels to feel small but fundamentally connected to the world around you. He calls it "awe."
We evolve to be social. We would die if we were not.
The fear of not knowing. To be in uncertainty is a bad thing to be because you increase the chance of dying. His lab looks at the adaptive experience of certain and uncertainty.
When you watch people's behavior, we create environments that are predictable. we walk the on the same side of the street, eat the same foods, and do the things that are pretty predictable.
enough little hints, jump into the show now and listen to our conversation. i think ti will stimulate your thoughts and invite you to experience a new experience. i hope you enjoy it.
Dr. Beau Lotto is a neuroscientist and world-renowned expert in perception. His research explores the ways in which we experience the world through our own versions of reality. As Beau puts it, "the brain never sees the world as it actually is, only the world that is useful to see." By illuminating these principles of perception he has helped individuals and companies transform their approach to creativity and innovation.
Beau is a three-time main stage TED speaker. He has spoken at the G8, Google’s Zeitgest, Wired, Oslo Freedom Forum, Big Think and contributed to the BBC, National Geographic, Netflix and PBS.
His company, The Lab of Misfits is an experiential research lab comprised of leading neuroscientists, artists and technologists whose mission is to understand why we perceive the world the way we do, and apply that understanding to enabling others to see differently.
Our perspective and process provide insight and value to brands, people, audiences and organizations.

I am always amazed to hear the stories behind the stories. And this interview will not disappoint.
On the outside, Siddiqi Ray has become an internationally acclaimed photographer, inspirational speaker, and coach whose work merges intuition, creative vision and pragmatic analysis to help people come into their own power, connect authentically and build trust through visibility. Siddiqi has worked for over thirty years with entrepreneurs, Forbes 100 listed corporations and billionaires, world business and spiritual leaders including some notable names: The Dalai Lama, Nelson Mandela, several members of the Kennedy Family, and an underwater series of the Navy SEALS.
But that is not always who she was. Her story is even more interesting. Raised in a family that believed in the power and guidance of a sixth sense intuition, when she showed her ability and spoke what she saw, she was severely punished.
No one listened to her and it caused her to enter a deep depression and was put into an institution to try to help her. But she didn't need help, she was not crazy. Yes she heard voices, but these voices were voices of guidance and truth.
Siddiqi uses this ability now to communicate with the highest nature of the person she photographs and the photographed person walks away with a picture that shows a glimpse of who they really are.
Her work allows us to see ourselves and have a record that we can bring into view whenever we doubt who we really are.
THIS IS A PODCAST YOU MUST HEAR. We speak about the fact that a fundamental principal of Science is that the human being is a machine.
If this doesn't give cause for you to listen, we speak also about the Darwinian notion of Survival of The Fittest (in more scientific language) and how in order to survive, we need to hide the truth from our perception so that we do not become extinct; i.e. if two organisms are fighting, with the intention to survive, if one organism starts to consider if the actions it is doing are morally sound, and the other organism is looking simply to survive, the one that questions morality will lose and become extinct.
So the big question exists, If we are going to survive, will we want to be that entity that survives?
This is a fascinating discussion that looks at The Case Against Reality that one must create in order to survive and the fact that what we see anyway is not what is, but simply a perception what is.
Think of your computer screen, the icons there are not real, they are icons that we agree upon to take us to another place. This is how we see the world we see. Hearing Dr. Hoffman speak about reality, we start to question everything
Donald Hoffman received his PhD from MIT, and is a professor of cognitive science at the University of California, Irvine. He is an author of over 100 scientific papers and three books, including a new book, The Case Against Reality Why Evolution Hid the Truth from Our Eyes. He received a Distinguished Scientific Award of the American Psychological Association for early career research, the Rustum Roy Award of the Chopra Foundation, and the Troland Research Award of the US National Academy of Sciences. His writing has appeared in Scientific American and Edge, and his work has been featured in Wired, Quanta, The Atlantic, and Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman. When doors open, always walk through. I love when things happen like this as a surprise, never expected. This is how I met Donna Brown. She had left a comment on a podcast I was on which sparked my interest and so I invited her to have a conversation together. The more we spoke, the more I felt something and I just knew I had to invite her to be a guest on my podcast.
The thing I liked most about her was her ability to reinvent herself, each time at a high level of reinvention. She has worked as a designer for a major fashion brand, then moved to a home textile and home furnishing designer to a garden designer. she has had he own TV Miniseries, wrote blog fo large publications in Italy and has authored 2 books and she created a healthier style of gelato.
She is now working now with people who have online businesses - finding their unique business model, not just USP. Positioning and scaling
Walking Compassion started as a personal journey but has become a movement of sharing healing with others. She is creating retreats, vision quests, and walking retreats for people to leave what troubles them behind.
In our podcast, we spoke of:
the trial of a painful divorce
the annotate for being stuck
and her life changing walk along the Camino de Santiago.
Donna Brown is a business mentor, creative, motivational speaker and seeker. She loves to inspire and provoke with new ideas through developing a new definition and understanding of business as a tool to support your highest personal and spiritual growth.

Everyone of us has a story within us that is wanting to come out. A story that could quite possibly impact the world, or bring comfort to those who think they are the only ones going through this experience.
In my book, The Mosaic (available on Amazon), it is only when Mo takes the time to sit with the people he meets, to listen to their stories that he finds what he is looking to find.
So why don't people tell their story, Why do they not write a book to share these stories with others. Most likely because they have not yet met Elizabeth Lyons, author of 5 books, her latest being ENOUGH (Availalbe on Amazon), a must read, charming and engaging poignant blueprint for entrepreneurs (and passionate everyday people) who are tired of feeling like they’re running the wrong way on life’s treadmill.
In this honest, entertaining conversation, author and book coach Elizabeth Lyons delivers insights and solutions for embracing every step of the entrepreneurial process, starting with wherever you are right now.
We speak about what it takes to write a book.
Why people make excuses forgot writing their book?
The types of books people write; core and surface books.
Why someone would come to her to help them write their book.
Why she believes those who say, pay them and they can help you write your book in a weekend say something that sounds good, but does not deliver a good product that builds your brand.
If you are thinking to write your book, YOU MUST LISTEN to this podcast. Elizabeth will share with you the truth, she will tell you things that you wil not hear from others, things that will discourage you, but in the end she will help you to see that it is when you go through these moments, you like the characters in your book will experience The Hero's Journey.

I have never met Trent Munday, at least not in person, and yet I feel a closeness to him through only a few conversations we have had via skype, podcasts and linkedin.
In his 25+ years of experience in hotel and spa industries, doing business in over 30 countries, Trent has developed a unique perspective on the business of spas. In an industry known for everything but, Trent’s voice resounds as one of practical business realities. He is one of the few that looks at things the way they are and asks why, and then doesn’t rest until all alternative perspectives have been considered. He is an innovator and a disruptor who sometimes can get frustrated by the pace of change.
Listen in as we talk about the innovations of the tech industry, an industry that came onto the scene at about the same time the spa industry was happening.
We compare the growth of the Tech industry to that of the Spa industry and look at some of the factors responsible.
Is Mental Wellness the new innovation the Spa industry and what do we see down the line?
What risks are needed in order to further the innovation of Spas.
A fascinating conversation around how one simple question, Why? can innovate an entire industry. Having the courage to ask questions like: Why do we do things this way? Why are we not bringing younger people not positions of leadership and influence? Why wil Spas be needed as we head into a future where AI will be able to do things we could never imagine?
A must listen for anyone in the Spa industry but for anyone in any industry that is looking to innovate.

It is hard to believe that in the world we live in, one in which we have made so many advances to better humanity, slavery still exists. And it exists in every nation around the world, not just third world countries where people are paid wages that seem inhumane, but even here in America.
Listen in on our conversation as we talk about companies that we buy things from that do not practice fair trade, to the affect that has on the energy of what is created; the clothes we wear, the foods we eat and even the crystals we use to protect and heal us.
There is an energy in all things, sentient and non-sentient that lives within everything that is created. Could it be that we feel this energy? That we are more emphatic than we think we are? And could it be that this energy affects our wellbeing?
So many of my conversations are on the power of the many, but I also stand in awe of Beth and the work she has done as one person helping many get involved to help even more. Beth is a living example of the power of the piece within the whole of The Mosaic.

THIS IS A MUST LISTEN TO INTERVIEW IF:
you are looking to find your soulmate and want real tools to do that.
you are willing to really look at the beliefs you have that are keeping you from having what you want.
What i love about Arielle is that for those who do not know her, she is a big surprise. Arielle is in many ways not at all what you would expect of someone who has made their career in helping people find love. If you are looking for a new age, lovey dove person, Arielle is not your person. Instead, she is a no nonsense, straight forward, honest and very clear mirror that will help you relook at the way you see life and choose to live the life you want to live.
Arielle Ford is a love and relationship expert and a leading personality in the personal growth and contemporary spirituality movement. For the past 25 years she has been living, teaching, and promoting consciousness through all forms of media.
Her mission is to help people find love, keep love and most importantly, be love.
Most powerful moment for Danny: The thoughts and beliefs we have going through our mind are not facts, they are just thoughts and beliefs and WE get to choose which of those thoughts and beliefs we want to live by. It is essential for us to decide which thoughts will help us have the life we want and which ones will not.

Louis Rosenberg, PhD probably doesn't even know that he is one of my heroes. When I first found out about the work he is doing (see Unanimous.AI), it was exactly what I had envisioned for The Mosaic Swarm (A Dollar A Month Club that will one day solve problems that should no longer exist).
This is a MUST LISTEN TO podcast. It is essential for anyone wanting to know about The Mission of The Mosaic to hear this conversation as well as for anyone who wants to get past the gridlock of government and business to find a new paradigm for decision making that is as old as time.
Read of his work in these two paragraphs taken from the Unanimous.AI website, About Us page:
Unanimous AI amplifies the intelligence of networked human groups, enabling significantly more accurate forecasts, assessments, decisions, evaluations, and insights. Using AI algorithms modeled on the biological principle of Swarm Intelligence, our award-winning Swarm® platform empowers business teams to quickly maximize their combined wisdom and converge on optimized solutions.
At Unanimous AI, we believe people are smart – really smart. In fact, we believe the most important database on the planet is the diverse knowledge, wisdom, and insights housed within the billions of human minds distributed around the globe. Every one of us has over a million gigabytes between our ears, and we are continuously interacting with our environment, testing our hypotheses, reevaluating our assumptions, and updating our vast data-stores. It’s incredible. . And yet, most AI companies are focused on replacing people with automated algorithms, supplanting human wisdom with oversimplified data-sets. To us, this is a misguided approach, especially for problems that have a human component. Instead of replacing people with AI, our mission is to connect people with AI, enabling networked groups to collaborate in real-time as super-intelligent systems, working to harness our combined knowledge, experience, insights, and intuitions in highly efficient and optimized ways. Most powerful moment for Danny: That moment in our conversation where I realised the technology already exists to allow the Mosaic Swarm to gather data and finance the solutions to problems that have no place existing in our world any more. Problems like Homelessness, Hunger, Education, Medical Care, Global Warming, Clean Drinking Water, Sex Trafficking, Equality and Slavery. I WANT PEOPLE TO COME TOGETHER AND CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER to experience the energy, energy, energy, the quantum physics of people coming together the energy changes us.
FAVORITE THING TO DO AS A KID: write and talk and eat.
I always had active imagination because I am clairaudient. But I wasn't supported in that. I heard thing when people spoke that they didn't say and when I would speak what I heard, it would freak the big people out. . . . and I would get a pop in the mouth and get punished.
My grandmother was a native American who grew up in the south and pretended to be black because the discrimination was easier if you were black than Native American. That was the switch, the spare the rod, spoil the child mentality that was prevalent in the south so we got beat.
I wasn’t raised I grew up. All children need system, structure, and order. They need a system to grow up in, they need that system to be ordered so that they can govern it for themselves and they need structure for how to make the system work. I didn’t have them. I was never taught them.
Iyanla's tumultuous beginning and her attempted suicide.
"I just wanted to stop hurting. I knew I could live pain free."
I had to kill Rhonda. That was my birth name. She is the one who was abused and beaten; she had to die. Our name is our nature, every time people call your name, they reeducate your spirit about its purpose and mission. What you attach to that name become your mission. Rhonda didn't have baggage, she had engraved luggage.
it isn’t that the issues are specific to a culture, it is how the culture experiences the issues. when I would g to my white friend homes and they would call their mother by their first names or talk disrespectfully, that would make my black fall off.
We look for people who look like us, because we don't trust each other, and so people who look like me will come to me before they will come to someone like you.
I speak to the place where we are all woman; a woman with broken heart is a not blacker white, she is a woman with a broken heart, a woman who lost her breast to cancer is a woman who in dealing with cancer, a woman who has lost a child or an addicted relative is a woman dealing with loss. There are places in the heart where woman come together and stand for each other as woman, that's where I speak too.
I ask men questions. I do not know what it is like to be a man, but I do know about fatherless sons, but I do know about men’s inadequacies, I do know about how man wlll look to their ego not their heart. the pain is the pain is the pain. I speak to that pain.
Of all things you have taught and seen, what is the one thing you would share:
"Give yourself permission to enjoy your favorite ice cream. I can procrastinate, I can avoid, I can struggle, what I am not going to do is fail, instead of making everything so hard, just eat some ice cream and enjoy it, and let that joy take you forward.
Is this the world you dream of handing to future generations?
No. I want to hand over to my children a world where people can tell the truth, listen to the truth and not get prosecuted for it.
We need to develop a close intimate relationship with the God of your understanding. God will never lie to you and follow what you are told. Trust that relationship and spend time in that relationship.

It all boils down to Never Give Up. You can never stop living you life when you are alive.

Of all the achievements, Kris has accomplished and he has accomplished a lot, what he is most proud of is that he is a great dad and husband.
He has completed 8 IronMan competitions, started, run and sold one of the top Gift Rep organizations in the NE region. He is a Certified Business Coach and his goal is to “Inspire and Empower Better” 5 million Amazing Humans to become better versions of themselves. His workshops push people past mediocrity through inspiring personal stories, empowering examples, and real talk. He shares ideas that help you understand what systems to integrate into your business & personal life.
But, this was not always how his life looked.
As a kid, growing up in a family with a single mom, Kris had a sense of not belonging and wanted to fit in. He felt he was not good enough, and though he had potential he had a chip on his shoulder.
Alcohol and drugs gave him a feeling that took that feeling of being not good enough away. In his senior year of school, he missed like 60 days of school.
He started hanging out with a group of guys who did drugs and drank alcohol and liked to break into cars and home being constructed. At 20, he had been accused twice and convicted of 2 felonies.
He could never imagine where he was then could turn into where he is now.
BIG TURNAROUND MOMENT: I was sitting in a jail cell, I had no future. A good faith minister came up and asked me if I wanted to talk and he gave me a bible and I read a passage in the book of John which said something like, “Say a prayer for someone else.”
My prayer was, “Please let my grandfather live long enough so he can see me do something with my life.”
Listen to this podcast and hear the story that would make his grandfather proud.

But it doesn’t stop there. You are going to need to listen to this show to find out what happened. And what you will experience will blow your mind, but even more importantly will redefine your heart.
Most powerful moment for Danny:
What do you think help you get through this betrayal of your body?
"Love. Love is what heals me. I love life. I love the experience of living life in this body. I didn't see it that way, as a betrayal. I saw it an an opportunity to love more.
People were so kind to me. Complete strangers would come up to me and brush my hair or smile at me or laugh with me, or hold me. Never would I have known the extent of kindness people have in their hearts without going through what i have gone through."
Danny knew the moment he saw this video, he had to have her on his podcast:
