I spent over an hour editing this episode to perfection…unfortunately the edited podcast is not saved. Today, my goal is to create content and publish it. I am going to fulfill that. I do not have the patience, time or energy to try and edit this all over again. Sorry for the silence in-between my coughing, drinking, etc. UGH just thinking of this is making me have second thoughts about me posting this but this is my diary and this is suppose to be my sanctuary were I can just let go and know that I am good enough just the way I am. Trying to process my intense, anxious & helpless feelings about a possible nuclear war. Praying for world peace ☮️
