This was a must win game for the home team as they sit perilously close to the relegation zone. An Interview With Martin Sinclair

In this episode, I spoke to Suzanne Monaghan about being a female referee. Despite never kicking a ball before, Suzanne explains how she became a referee and how it made her feel when she cross the white line and entered the pitch as a match official.
Suzanne also describes the process of becoming a referee and points out the time when she had to ask a member of the public watching the game to leave the stands. Sharing moments when she had doubts about continuing after recieving abuse but her resolve told her otherwise.

MUWomen Double Cup Crash
Double Cup Crash: Manchester United Women have had a busy week. At the weekend they faced their rivals Manchester City in their third meeting this season. This game was an FA Cup fixture and any game under this heading has extra meaning.
This was followed by another midweek cup game against the strongly tipped Chelsea team. In both fixtures Manchester United performed very well but fell just short.
I am joined by Debra (no2) from the Barmyarmy on this podcast and we go over the key points from both fixtures. Later on in the podcast we also hear from Manchester City fan @emma_shone as she shares her thoughts on the third derby of the season.

WSL REVIEW: CONTI CUP INVISIBLE GLORY
How to grow the women's game? A serious question we will look at during the podcast today. Following the recent round of Conti Cup games, which resulted in the a semi final line up containing Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester City Women., is enough being done to promote the game to fans unable to travel to midweek games?
The emphasis has been in recent weeks on crowd numbers but surely if there is an appetite for games to be televised or streamed, why is this not being utilised more frequently?

Diversity and inclusion equals success. A statement which is for some a question. Whether it is in the world of sport, politics or other areas in public life, the issue around diversity and inclusion is definitely at the fore front of out minds. In football, we have seen the ugly head of racism return and when authorities are asked to what extent there will be sanctions these are somewhat unclear. Is this due to the individuals around the table? Is there a lack of inclusion when diversity has been the main focus for organisations? How much are CEO's invested in creating the right atmosphere where diversity and inclusion add to success in equal measures and for all of those involved?
Joining me to discuss this is Vivienne Aiyela - Non-Executive Director, London Football Association, who has a be direct approach when talking about this issue. Moving toward the Christmas season, we decided to take a look at the first half of the Women Super League (WSL) season and past judgement. Reviewing the progress of Manchester United Women and the other WSL teams.
In this episode we delve in the option of the WSL increasing in size, if this were to happen how would it benefit the league and women's football? She describes what the key moment was which added more fuel for her love of the game. And she highlights the importance of having key legislation which addresses the imbalance around equal access and opportunity to the world of football.

MAN UNITED NEED A REAL STRIKER
Record before the Manchester United v Tottenham Hotspurs game
Manchester United face a recurring challenge with their no 9, Tony Martial, being injured again. Fans joked that following his substitution against Aston Villa that he might pull a sickie. A joke at the time but it seems that the joke is on Ole.
The Manchester United manager, is faced with the choice of looking for a new striker in January 2020, a year after Martial was given a bumper deal by Mr Woodward.
There is also the issue of Manchester United winning their next game and with Jose arriving soon with a reinforced and rejuvenated.
Jessica pulls no punches and make her claim that Ole needs to buy a new striker whilst talking about the game ahead against Spurs we debate on how things will pan out for Ole and United in general.

Top ten strikers in the Premier League are all stacked but there are a few surprises in the list. Who has made the top ten list so far and where do these individual markers stand next to their clubs league position?
We often use the terms: striker, goal scorer and centre forward. Do these phrases all mean the same thing? And can one player fall under all three headings?

It's Not A Real Road Trip! Manchester United v Liverpool FC
Vlog thoughts pre and post game before the clash between Manchester United and Liverpool. This fixture once grabbed the nations interest as so much would have been at stake. The season has hardly begun and there is talk in some club of discontent. Managers unhappy with the players they have. Unhappy about the players they didn't get. Shock results go some way to enhance the unease within and around these clubs. Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester United, Watford (again) and Wolves have some of the managers who are deemed to be on the verge of losing their jobs. For one manager, the rumour is he may even walk away!
The only club where things seem to going well is Liverpool. So Klopp can rest easy. On the podcast this week, I am join by Ty. Looking at his club Spurs and asking key questions following the shock defeat in the cup.
