Howdy! Thanks for tuning in again. Today I'm talking about my old man ways of listening to talk news daily. Also, Pablo Escobar's hippos and the problems they present for Colombia and lastly, I discuss my recent efforts to cut back on my phone usage and try to experience life again without that distraction.

How do we as men help change the environment for women, our daughters, their friends? How do we change our boys to be good men?
