Forgiveness — is one of the most difficult parts of life… however when we forgive others it can be one of the most liberating and freeing acts for the soul. In this episode the IC trio delve into the struggles that surround forgiving others, the reality of being hurt, the misconceptions of forgiveness and moulding ourselves around the most pivotal act of forgiveness: Calvary.
Modesty - is there more to it than just wearing daggy clothes? Some initial thoughts that may come to mind when we hear the word “modesty” is probably a practice that is out-dated and needs to keep up with the times. How can modesty play a role in unlocking a deeper relationship with God and with others? This week, Ros, Irene, and Mimi break open the misconceptions and dive deep into the connection between true modesty and the interior disposition of our hearts.
The New Evangelisation — Is it overused Church lingo… or do we really know what it means? In this episode, the IC trio breaks down the meaning intended behind the phrase ‘The New Evangelisation’, how continued interior conversion plays a big role in this, and the ways that we can go about changing how the world sees Jesus and His church.

Joy vs Happiness. What’s the difference?! Is there really a difference? In this week’s episode the IC trio takes us through the important distinction between joy and happiness. They share practical tips about consciously making a decision to choose joy and the lessons that accompanied them when pursuing a life just solely focussed on happiness.

Humility is the gateway to holiness. It is the foundation of all virtues and incredibly vital for the journey to Heaven. A meek and humble heart is truly what makes the Lord rejoice. In this episode, the IC trio discuss the elements of humility, how pride can be the ultimate downfall and the practical ways to increase in this life-giving virtue.

‘Nothing less than perfect’ is a hard ideal to live by — and for those who struggle with perfectionism, it can be a heavy burden to carry. This week the IC trio have enlisted the help of a special guest: Fr Peter Zwaans. Fr Peter is the vocations director of the Archdiocese of Adelaide and the beloved parish priest of a community in the inner suburbs of Adelaide. With a witty comment constantly up his sleeve and a dose of wisdom, he helps to unravel the unsuspecting elements of perfectionism and provides ways to overcome this tricky trait.

Waving the white flag is no easy feat — especially when God’s plan for you is vastly different to what you imagined for yourself. Surrendering to His will comes with many challenges but bears so much great fruit. In this episode the IC trio share their stories of letting go of past wounds, conquering current struggles, and distilling future worries.
