Shenzhen Stories

We at Shenzhen Stories hope to foster relationships within the community in Shenzhen by sharing true stories that will remind us all that we all have a little more in common than we might think. Shenzhen is filled with people from all over the world and everyone has a different past, a different way to know and be known and with the stories collected and shared through SS, we hope to find common ground. A story can remind is that we are not alone, give perspective, teach us about others and ourselves, make us laugh and cry and think about something we wouldn't have otherwise.

We all wonder about our place in the universe. However, not all of us have parents that would take you down a litany of spiritual practices, guides, gurus, and ayahuasca purges. Listen as Danielle works to answer the question, “what did you do this weekend”, to her fellow classmates and hear what conversations with animals, chants, and middle school break ups can teach us about our place in the universe.
