He have been working as Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner for the last 8 years with Community Based Organizations (CBOs), NGOs, INGOs and Foundations with fucus on community development programs. He is a passionate community development crusader, who believes in the power within the community to become sustainably resilient.
Currently, he works with a community foundation – Kenya Community Development Foundation. Largely they are a grant making organization that focus on raising resource locally to address community needs and challenges. They believe that communities are at the center stage of solving their problems.

She co-leads the Everyone a Changemaker movement with Ashoka (@ashoka.id ) by identifying and supporting young people in Indonesia and other countries to have agency and own their power in leading a change and making a difference in their community. She also founded Aha Project (www.ahaproject.id) in response to Covid-19 pandemic. It’s a social initiative that provides tools for creative and quality education at home and empower local adult allies to accompany the learning process in rural areas in Indonesia.

Jyoti Chauhan, 17 from Delhi - India, studying 12th (pursuing liberal arts) In DPS.
She is a spoken word poet at slam out loud. She love reading and writing. She started this project called Gurukul where they are providing art education to kids from all walks of societies. Till today they have worked with more than 500 kids across the country and 20+ artists. (They take art-based workshops on a weekly basis and teach them important 21st-century life skills.) she firmly believe that art in education is one of the best enablers to provide excellent education to kids which helps them to build important 21st-century skills and lead a better life.
