Turkish defender Caglar Soyuncu has confirmed he wants to join Arsenal amid reports the Gunners in talks with Freiburg over a potential deal, according to Turkish newspaper Gunes.
Soyuncu has developed in to one of the best young centre-backs in the Bundesliga since joining Freiburg from Altinordu in 2016 and he’s also established himself with his country having represented Turkey 15 times at senior international level.
The 22-year-old’s potential has caught the attention of clubs here in the Premier League as Football London reported recently that Arsenal and Manchester United were among the teams to have expressed their interest in signing Soyuncu this summer.

Jack Wilshere has confirmed he will leave Arsenal when his contract expires on July 1.
He wrote in Instagram: "I can confirm that I will be leaving Arsenal Football Club when my contract expires at the end of June."

CSKA Moscow 2 Arsenal 2: Gunners survive a scare to reach Europa League semi-finals
Arsenal edged into the Europa League semi-finals despite an unconvincing 2-2 draw at CSKA Moscow.
