"Listen Up!" is a podcast series, featuring Natasha Japanwala, Faris Khalid and Asad Hashamali. They aim to highlight topics pertinent to today's students. It's human nature to want to be surrounded by people and have a shoulder to lean on. However, there's a fine line between having friends and basing your entire life and identity around them. In this podcast, we discuss how spending time by yourself is important for growth and discovery. May it be silent drives back home, reading a book or even talking to yourself while doing everyday chores - one needs time to themselves to think and understand who they are, and to learn to live independently.
