One dark cold night in January. Two friends sit in the window of the best pizzeria in town. Everybody is staring at us. Or not. We share some old time stories and intent some new ones. This is the story of the gum in summer. La gomma vain lomma - The gum gets soft
This track is inspired by my wife. It is a song about cold air. Cold air that clears my mind. Cold air that reminds my of my origin.
Listen to the song. Enjoy. Then put your shoes on and go out. Breathe.
This is work in progress. The Track tells a story. Imagine a hockey puck in summer. A really hot day when the gum starts to melt away. La gomma vain lomma...
This is a song about Hawidg The Carrot or The Ruebli as we say in swiss german. Hawidg experiences a hard time and while learning to swim it does philosophy about wining.
This is my collection of songs about little truths of life. Some truths are truth, some are made up, some are already outdated, some are mine alone. They're all borne in a moment of understanding. And as with all these little moments they come as they are.
With this one we captured the momentum of that night. After a long day me and J met in the evening. J with a musical Idea and me with some annoyance to get rid of.
An Indie kind of Rocksong with some synthie companie. The particualar thing in this song is the baseline which is a real recording of me playing my blue Warwick Base.

This is halbgrau's contribution to Ableton's Beat The Clock Contest.
I created this tune in 14 h 30 min. I used sound from all three artist. M83, Junior Boys and Nosaj Thing. Some you'll recognize, some are quite mangled. Further I invented a new Genre: TranceHop! It' obviously a combo of Trance and HipHop. I stated out with a Hiphopish Beat to hear me needing a four-to-the-floor Kick. So it happened, and I'm glad. This is my first contribution to a contest. I hope to get a good Feedback.

From Basel with love. I made this track over the last days on iPad with Tabletop. It's a cool tool. You can make music whenever you're inspired. So i made this one before starting my office day, continued with a beer at the Rhein and finalised it late night back home. Cheers, halbgrau
