Have you ever done a time audit? If so, what did you learn?
After coming back from vacation last week, I decided to do a time audit and try to get my work hours down to 30 per week.
For two weeks I tracked every minute of my time spent on work, with task notes and separate tracking for my two businesses.
I wanted to be more intentional about my time and have better boundaries.
This helped me develop my rest ethic & explore more noble leisure (two terms I just recently learned!)
As a side note, for Productive Therapist, we use an app called Harvest to track our time, generate reports and invoices for our clients. It's pretty great.

I'm thinking that next year I might change up my focus and actually read fewer books, but focus on implementing the content more. I can be a little bit competitive and I like to beat my past records. So I like to say that I've read 20 books or I've read 30 books or whatever that is. But I realize that the more important thing is what did I do with that information?
