How do we gain confidence in ourselves? We gain confidence by following through on the commitments we make to ourselves and others
Whenever we have a task to do, we are opening up an energy circuit, finishing that task, closes that circuit
Being weak and disrespecting ourselves isn’t cool. It’s cool to be a light. It’s cool to inspire. Do that.
How often are we cutting the hand that feeds us? Rather than taking care of what is helping us? Long term plays>short term

We are the combination of the 5 people we hangout with the most. So be conscious of the 5 people you hangout with. Start being the friend that uplifts the other 5.
