Peace In Every Language: Recent Episodes

Each episode focuses on the concept of wholeness and peace desired for us by God in that Old Testament concept of "shalom." Whether reacorded state-side or while traveling, each episode looks at what we learn about ourselves, what we bring back home, and how every person in creation years for wholeness and peace.
This episodes looks at a little of the travel life we've been experiencing and some of the inherent dualities of being away feom our home base. We talk a pittle about our meeting with Mano Rumalshah is bishop emeritus of the Church of Pakistan's Diocese of Peshawar while we were near the Pakistani border.
We wrap up our trip with some time in Nepal. Yoga and hiking through the mountains lends some persective on our experience so far. Our last episode till we hit the states!
How does being of two minds, or existing in a place that seems to hate peace affect our intention or avility to give and recieve it? We consider this as we hear the drum beats of the Dalit heart and the fusion music of V. M. Bhatt.
We visit the Golden Temple in Amritsar, the center sikh faith, and talk about the message of care and hospitality.
We visit a few religious structures and can hear the joy in Christian worship, and the call ro prayer from the second largest mosque in the world in the midst of Dehli's open market.
Our first day of travel from the states. Tired and sleepy we reclect on the worldviews that shape our travel expectations.
