The Scarif Podcast has had an amazing year. We've prepared a recap 'best of' podcast episode to commemorate some of our best memories of our journey thru this space as podcast creators with a little help from our Star Wars friends. We've enjoyed collaborating with many others and have been blessed to have made friends for life through our love of Star Wars. Thank you all, may the force be with you...looking forward to 2020. #DeployTheGarrison
Now that season 1 of the Mandalorian has wrapped up, join our audio only podcast episode of our Youtube live stream discussion with Dominic Pace. We ask our friend what it was like on set working with Deborah Chow and Dave Filoni as well as his hopes for new Star Wars.
Also, how does it feel to be part of the franchise and his future plans this new year. A very thought provoking episode as well as a fun discussion with bounty hunter actor Dominic Pace.
We also put him through a very special #SentryMode segment composed by resident quiz master @TrevorBeast454. Thanks for playing, and may the force be with you.
Our most popular discussion on Twitter and favorite episode. Ro, Alex and Brad are back in full force discussing the 'Balance of The Force', what does it mean? George Lucas has explained it in simplistic detail but as with anything, the room for interpretation has helped generate many theories and ideas that may or may not stray away from Lucas' original concept of the Force.
The Force is an energy field that surrounds us, penetrates us...how do we relate to this energy? Is the dark side stronger as Yoda claims or does the light have it's own set of rules? Powerful light to meet a powerful dark, is this a notion you agree with? Can you have good without evil? Do you need evil at all to have good?
Take a listen to this episode and join the discussion on line and feel free to weigh in on Twitter on #TheLegacyOfBalance
Our friend Dominic Pace returns to the podcast to talk about his experience on the the first ever Star Wars small screen show, The Mandalorian. As an actor and fan of the franchise it truly is a dream come true. Team Scarif got a second chance to ask Dominic about what it was like on day one, Dave Filoni, John Favreau and getting to pick out his own blaster.
So good we did it twice. Ro geeked out a second time with pals Yoshi and David from ILM on the heels of the final days of post and VFX work for the Mandalorian and Rise of Skywalker. The trio spoke the same language when it came to Star Wars. What came up? We've got Shadows of the Empire, Admiral Holdo, Admiral Ackbar, Tech Talk and meeting George Lucas, Gina Carano and the Mandalorian plus Yoshi puts ideas in Ro's head about trying to find a CostCo version of the OT...quick trip to ebay fixes that plus a whole lot more.
When we have Rob and Trever on talking about the Clone Wars we took a left turn, a little detour if you will and went into the Mortis Arc territory. While most fans consider this Clone Wars episode something that gives you deep vibes, one of our co-horts took a different approach. Take a listen and see if you agree. A difference of opinion about Star Wars on the internet? You gotta hear it to believe it. No Porgs were harmed in the making of this episode.
This amazing episode takes a deep dive into the legacy of the Clone Wars. How did Palptine come to manipulate both sides and what were the consequences and events that lead to the formation of the first Galactic Empire? How did this galactic war affect the galaxy and how do we feel it will affect the final chapter in the Sequel Trilogy now that we know Palpatine has returned?
On this episode we are joined by TreverBeast454 and Rob from the Jedi Temple Archives Podcast as well as many of our regular contributors like Andrew and Merisha from Coruscant Radio Underground, Todd from WSTR Galactic Public Access and new friends of the pod like Lauren Romo from the GALacic Pod to name a few. We hope you enjoy the deep insight that our guests offer as well as enjoy the very special Clone Wars Edition of Sentry Mode Q&A segment formulated by TreverBeast454.
Join us...it is your destiny!
Ro and Alex talk about Triple Force Friday. Was it all it was cracked up to be for you? Did you find all you were looking for? Or were you like most 'Triple" Force' shoppers and find that most stores hadn't even put up displays yet? What gives!?

Our dear friend of the podcast Amanda wanted to share her theories on a possible relationship between Rey and Palpatine and Alex had a great discussion with her. They examined how the role of John William's score lays out possible clues to her lineage as well as other clues that might reveal who Rey is...if that's even her real name.
