The Enoch T. Bowers house. Circa 1780. Georgian. Enoch was a ship builder in the Bowers tradition.
Built in 1780. Jane & Izana Walker lived here in the early 20th century. The 2 sisters plied their home trade of doll making. The sisters would be astounded to know their humble handiwork now claims in the thousands of dollars from world-wide collectors! The product is still known today as the Jane Walker Doll.
