Most women in their 40's & 50's come to a moment where they're at a crossroads and have an opportunity to do stuff differently. This podcast explores the path most women take, and challenges women to do stuff differently. To chose the path less travelled. So that they can find their way again to clarity, confidence & contentment and lead their best life.
Most women, when they are thinking changing something in their life, focus on the doing. As they meander up the exit ramp of their comfort zone, and hurdles are thrown their way, the change gets hard.
Unfortunately what most women do at this stage, is to try harder. Rather than noticing their negative automatic thoughts. The self doubt that may be holding them back.
In this episode, I'll share with you the 3 must haves to shift the self-doubt to self-belief. If you'd like to dive deeper into this topic, enrol in this free training series www.sue-anne.com.au/bld
In this episode I'm revealing the area that's known as the goldilocks of the brain and the 5 social fears that hold most women back. There is one social fear that shows up in most women. In fact, it shows up in 79% of the women I've worked with. I wonder if this social fear shows up for you?

I'm like most women in their 40's and 50's where I came to a moment in my life where I was at a cross roads. I had the opportunity to do stuff differently.
Now these moments can be triggered by life events such as a health scare, relationship breakdown, disruption in the workplace, or even the kids growing older and flying the coop.
It can also be triggered by a moment of self-reflection. You know that moment where you realise your life has become boring and routine, that you're living your life on autopilot. You've spent the last 20 to 30 years pouring your energy into the needs of others. You wake up and realise you've lost your spark, you've lost your way and your sense of identity.
Well for me, the cross roads were triggered by both. Disruption in the workplace, and a moment of self-reflection.
And it was profound and eye-opening to say the least. Now, I have to give you a little bit of background, but I promise, I'll get back to how this is profound, eye-opening and how it relates to YOU.
