Your hosts JB & Zach invite you to grab the drinks of your choice and listen along every Tuesday or watch along Fridays as they discuss different political and otherwise relatable topics of the week. They will achieve varying levels of technical accuracy and political correctness but commit to continually increasing levels of "alcoholically correct"-ness throughout each episode.
In this episode Zach goes straight for the hard stuff, laying out a true story of confrontation that ended with police intervention before (6:38) even popping the top on topic one, eugenics. Then JB (35:56) uses the long and sordid history of the Deutsche Bank as an opportunity to lighten the mood with overplaying an immature play on words. The final round (55:52) raises things even further, by looking beyond the stars and discussing some government level updates on the debate of alien life forms!
As the spirits flow JB begins this episode (5:28) with a spirit of "Festivus" looking back at some past topics and some of their recent updates.
Then (20:13 ) Zach literally brings a party with a deep dive look at some of the fascinating history of the Black Panther party. Zach closes things out(58:29) with a tradition as old as bars themselves, unsolicited, unofficial legal advice about privacy laws that JB interrupts briefly with another tradition of both bars and the show, breaking the seal mid conversation.
After an extra long introduction JB finally starts this weeks episode (9:36) with a question of hope on the horizon for his spotty internet connection by asking what 5G connections could really mean for the future. Then (28:35) the fellas try to get festive when JB shares what he's learned about the surprising and interesting history behind some of our nation's holiday traditions. The nightcap (1:03:09) takes a look at the recent Tyson vs Jones boxing match and a few other boxing related conversations that ironically ends with your hosts sounding a bit punch drunk themselves.
This week your hosts invite you to the bar for a possibly-slightly-hungover episode of Alcoholically Correct. Zach (2:59) buys the first round with a topic at least as important as the subject matter itself, frivolous lawsuits. Next (21:41) JB and Zach decide to turn up the heat like a fresh mulled wine with a look at the debate on abortions as any two self respecting white males should. As the sloppy finale, JB looks (1:07:55) to end on a lighthearted debate, asking a classic question: Which POTUS is the GOATiest.
In this episode, (7:00) JB starts preparing for winter by sharing some fun facts about hibernation. Next (23:00) the guys use a recently passed changed FL law so Zach can tell JB what he finds maximumly wrong with JBs views on minimum wage. Then after breaking the seal (48:36) Zach makes amends by settling his previous tab, (1:04:45) discussing a Florida Man and a missing few billion dollars!
In this week's episode, your hosts promise a shorter episode then immediately guzzle up time to lead to one of the longest introductions in the history of the podcast. Finally, (6:16) Zach lines up shot number one by telling us more about an incredible league that don't need no SuperMAN, the (independent) League of Women Voters. Next (30:48) JB and Zach use their First Amendment right to take a look at the decades old debates around the Second Amendment that spills over into topic number three. In the third and supposedly final topic (1:08:48), JB shares a wild story involving guns, a six year old, and the happiest place on earth.
At the end of the episode your hosts and JB's connection were clearly drunk and they decided to ramble on about the election and Hunter Biden's emails as they get slightly out of sync due technical issues and the lack of Starlink availability for JB. Cheers!
In this episode Zach (3:23) takes a look at how modern day politics have led to a world where videogames and voting have much more correlation than just their first letter. Then (15:32) Zach pours out our main topic by sharing the history of Presidential Debates in America, looking at where they came from originally (thank you, women!) and how the debates have seemingly gone off the rails over the last few decades (thank you, partisan politics!). To top us off with something smooth and easy (53:39) JB fills us in on an interesting story of a professional newscaster who somehow got fired for ACTING like a professional newscaster.
To kickoff this week's episode (3:01) JB looks at two things which sound great together but are honestly a terrible mix, Corona(virus) and football. Next (19:58) the fellas throw back the current debates around the Supreme Court (with some fishiness from the past and present) by looking at the historical makeup and discuss the precedence for changes to shake things up. Zach grabs the last round (48:08) with a seasonally appropriate look at some spooky creatures to haunt your dreams in your hosts own backyard.
In this episode, Zach shoots for the stars (4:00) with a look at Elon Musk's Starlink program. They immediately miss their mark (19:36) by having what can only be described as a "wasted" conversation about the history and current state of the insurance industry. Finally, (1:13:20) the time comes for story time with JB as he opens a conversation on feminism, political power, and past political races by sharing an anecdote from one of his daughter's favorite bedtime stories.
This week your hosts move through the past, the present, and the future as Zach begins the episode (7:53) by drinking the marketing on the Google Pixel and it's camera. JB then introduces Zach to UBI (16:41) and tries to dissolve the socialist label on UBI being just a government handout. Rounding out the last call, JB takes a look back in history (57:48) towards a childhood favorite: Play-doh.
This week your hosts invite you to the first class cabin as JB virtually visits Hawaii to share the intriguing history of the native alphabet. Next, Zach takes us to visit the pyramids! Pyramid schemes, that is. This is where Zach unearths some shocking yet not too surprising stats on multilevel marketing schemes that could take you from the pour house to the poor house! Finally, Zach let's everyone in on a secret of the universe when he introduces Benford's Law; He who is first shall be first, at least about 30 percent of the time.
Join your hosts as they pull their chairs up to the bar and banter on life and more importantly this weeks drinks. Zach begins the episode (5:35) by inviting JB to peer towards Venus through the bottom of his beer glass as recent findings show that it may not only be inhabited by women. Next, (17:49) the fellas follow through on their promise to discuss climate change by stumbling over the facts and the importance of the issue to humanity. For the last call of the evening (58:04) JB takes us to everyone's favorite childhood destination, the zoo, and the underdiscussed repercussions of the pandemic on the animals.
JB starts this episode with a mixed debate and discussion on why Facebook wants JB to leave and how Zach feels about it. Then (22:18) your hosts try to stir things up with the never-ending debate on videogames and media and the effects on children. Zach then finishes off the episode (53:39) by serving up some facts about the naming conventions of everyone's favorite drinks origins: the Hurricane.
Your hosts begin this episode by looking at another topic near and dear to the core of the show as Zach brings our attention to the national CAN shortage. Afterwords, JB and Zach consider a bit of the really hard stuff (12:13) taking us through the surprising (but, sadly, not that surprising) history of prohibition as the guys weigh in on the drug legalization debates that have been waging for over a hundred years. For our last call (51:39) JB tells us a story about an Ohio teacher who lost her job due to her side hustle... and her headmaster's internet explorations.
This week JB and Zach throw back a few cold ones and consider whether or not you gotta fight, for your right, to... peacefully protest! Zach takes us through some historically notable riots and protests throughout America's history while they discuss their feelings on current civil unrest in the country. Then (39:39) Zach keeps the show perfectly on brand while talking about Reinheitsgebot (more commonly known as the Beer Purity Law of 1816, err, 1516) while following through on a promise from a previous episode. Finally, (53:50) JB invites Zach and the audience to pull up a stool at the nerd table while fanboying over recent Batman movie news. The guys pour over their favorite renditions of the caped crusader while trying to figure out which Batman has the greatest movie presence.

In this passionate episode (Wherefore art thou bleep button?) our hosts first raise a glass to the USPS. JB and Zach discuss the history of the Postal Service which predates the country itself, before exploring how it correlates to the podcast's core mission. As part of the discussion they share their thoughts on the battle being waged currently on both it's present functions and future viability. Then (33:25) JB pours out his second topic, starting in North Korea with a shocking story involving man's best friend that somehow sloshes all over the counter in the subsequent conversation. They somehow shake up the chat into a debate about personal property rights, political ideology, and a slightly disturbing childhood story all in one. For the last call (53:18) Zach again enlightens us on the world of roadway lighting. This time discussing red light cameras as they look at some changes quietly made to make an already frustrating "advancement in technology" and even worse, how cities are abusing yellow lights!
Our top shelf topic for this episode is the history, impact, and place moving forward of the Electoral College. After discussing where they each land in the debate around the election they sneak in a chaser by discussing the state of the 2020 election. For topic number two (49:15) JB shares a NFL story of love related loss and ponders the deeper impact it could have on a certain kind of free agency. Finally (58:03), Zach enlightens JB and the audience on a passionate debate that is raging on in the world of streetlights!
In this episode, Zach and JB stir up a cocktail of a main topic. (5:11) They start with a rundown of the history of the battle to control "bias" in the news for nearly the last 100 years, before spilling over to a broader discussion on both the relevance and true meaning of "mainstream" media, in the modern world. Then (57:37) Zach shares some information about the efforts being made to achieve Covid related contact tracing. JB closes us out (1:18:49) by giving due credit to a couple recent efforts made by government departments to guide their citizens safely in a few surprising ways!
JB and Zach crack open the inaugural episode with a brief introduction to the "past", present, and future of Alcoholically Correct.
Then they (05:24) pour over their thoughts on the "mask debate". (31:47) JB explains to the audience (and to Zach, for that matter) what the national coin shortage is, what caused it to happen, and why some people are truly concerned. Finally, (40:57) Zach tells us all about his quest to finish his 2020 pandemic bingo card by making sourdough bread before running away suddenly, leaving JB the opportunity to fly solo briefly and earn brownie points at home in the process.
