The Grapplers Academy brings to you in depth discussions relating to various different subjects within grappling all with the purpose to up your game. We cover strategy, strength and conditioning, interviews with leading coaches and grapplers, technique discussion and much more.
This week the guys have a number of subjects to cover, before they get into the serious subject they discuss the new B Team gym as well as some recent light shed onto Keenan Cornelius being kicked out of ATOS.
