On the third episode of A Second Chance Podcast we share Adrienne Reid’s amazing story. At 16 she experienced a violent assault at school that left her with a traumatic brain injury, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), many other underlying issues caused by the assault. In the four years since Adrienne has been an advocate for the POTS community and has been raising awareness for this condition that is often misdiagnosed.
Today we speak with Justin Barnes. A father, husband, coach, speaker, and fellow survivor. He shared his incredible story with us. A story of filled with ups & downs, but overflowing with valuable information on how to ease the recovery process after suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury.
