The storm tracker podcast is a student-led weekly summary of everything trine athletics. Hosted by the SAAC representatives of the Men’s Hockey team, Shane Brancato and Kyle Watson; the pair will give you exclusive access to being a Trine athlete by hosting special guests such as coaches, student-athletes and more! The aim of the podcast is to help connect the students, faculty, parents and fans to the happenings and successes of Trine Athletics, in doing so growing the closeness of Trine’s community.

Well it’s finals week, and we say goodbye to John as this is his last episode of the Stormcenter. With the end of the semester coming that means it is tourney time as softball enters the MIAA Conference Tournament after dropping 2 games to Hope and ending in a tie for the regular season conference crown. Both Men’s and Women’s track and field look to dominate their conference meet, and men’s lacrosse continues fighting in their tournament. One more time we would like to take a moment to shout out all the seniors from this year and last, as they have persevered through some extremely tough times and have given us some amazing moments over the past year. One last crazy week for John and Drew, as a multitude of sports put the finishing touches on their seasons. Men's Soccer made an incredible run to the MIAA Conference Tourney Final, Men's Golf wrapped up their 2nd straight Conference title, and Softball keeps on steamrolling people in conference play. Speaking of softball, we got to sit down with Senior Catcher Bailey Vande Giessen and talk about her career and the tear she is on this year along with some other things along the way.

Another week and another boat load of Trine athletics to keep track of. Baseball split a weekend series with Olivet, Softball continued their dominance going 5-1, and Football ended their season on a high note with a big day from Alex Price. There was also plenty of lacrosse, soccer, golf, and so much more going on this week as some teams are starting to wrap their seasons up.
