Let's talk about the emotion of feeling stuck! We've all been there right, but instead of sitting in those emotions how do you move through them? How can you use your tools and collect and listen to the language of your body to tap into what it is you need, then with love and care provide those things?

In this episode, I speak about some things that I am currently sitting with. Maybe some of these topics land with you, or maybe it's the spark you needed to remember to move forward.

Ceremony; The act of sitting with vulnerability and truth. How can we invite the act of ceremony into our lives? To allow ourselves to come back to the truth that every word, thought, action, and intention is an offering of devotion.

In this season I sit with people who fearlessly walk into the fire of transformation only to be renewed, individuals who live their life's out loud and on purpose.

I pray the words that are spoken here lead you back to the remembrance back to the truth that you are holy + human and that you are possible to the impossible.

With Devotion,

Anne is a Dallas, Texas native and has held a life long belief that the body is designed to heal itself and is always working toward functioning perfectly. She began studying herbal medicine in the late 70’s and fell in love with the majesty of natural medicine. This deepened the belief that, the body knows how to heal itself … just remove the blocks.  Through her own healing journey she saw how the emotions, unresolved trauma and beliefs effected our bodies profoundly and that pain and illness are messages from the body, mind, and spirit. Massage and bodywork were an important part of this healing process. This lead to a strong desire to help others heal from trauma, injury, and suffering through accessing the messages in the body. Anne began studying massage and bodymind healing, lymphatic drain massage and aromatherapy at Healing Arts Institute in Fort Collins, CO., graduating in 1995. Returning to Dallas she began studying Polarity Therapy and became a Polarity Practitioner as well as Licensed Massage Therapist.
