New gun control legislation has already been proposed in the House. Democrats are taking aim at the second amendment and they are no longer hiding that fact. New taxes proposed on firearms and supplies are ridiculous. Let's take a closer look at the proposed law and how Joe Biden is going to go after guns if elected. It's a dream come true scenario for Democrats like Ralph Northam and Tom Wolf if Biden wins. The gun laws will not prevent gun violence. Our freedom is at stake with these new laws and it's time that we fight for our freedoms! The left is accusing gun sales of increasing adolescent shooting deaths. Really? Firearm sales are at some of the highest levels in history. Background checks are through the roof. The number of people arming themselves for the very first time is at an amazingly high level. A recent CBS News report tried to blame the surge on increased deaths. The number reported was over 40% of an increase, but is that number really true? Well it increased from 15 to 21 deaths. The media will not tell you that, because they need it to drive the narrative. Over 40% sounds better right? But the problem may very well be the stay home orders. Most shooting ranges were included as entertainment in some of the blue states and has prohibited people from being able to practice their gun hobby responsibly. Eric gives a great analogy to share how this exposes a liberal hypocrisy that you do not want to miss at the end of this podcast. It's a great one!
On this episode, we take a closer look at a recent Supreme Court decision not to rule on a second amendment case. While it’s understandable, it does leave some things undecided. The case is in New York, which means it will certainly end up with a liberal twist on it. Eric takes a closer look at the law and information behind it. The lack of a ruling gives a lot of liberties to liberals, which they are sure to take advantage of. Eric talks about a road trip that is coming up for his next episode and what to expect.

The gun industry is essential, even though the Democrats would like you to think that it is not. Eric describes how many of the manufacturers have responded. Eric then talks about the releases from prison around the country and how many of those have already been arrested again. It's a great reason you need to protect yourself!
