Motivation gets all the hype most of the time, and good ol' discipline get all the bad eyes.

Discipline is punishment, hard and nobody likes. But like I was saying in my second episode, I believe discipline is freedom. And I believe discipline is the key to success and not motivation.

This weekend I've tried an experiment and I've tried to find an answer to an old question of mine.

Can I conquer my weekend? This black hole to productivity. Will I be able to get myself up from the bed and do the work I want to do?

I doubt myself. Most of the time I feel like I'm not good enough. Sometime I hear voices and I can't get rid of them.

But, despite all that, I continue to do the things I like.

“It is not that we have so little time but that we lose so much. ... The life we receive is not short but we make it so; we are not ill provided but use what we have wastefully.”― Lucius Annaeus Seneca, On the Shortness of Life

Laziness is a monster. Born out of fear of action. Born out of commodity, out of comfort.

Laziness is a modern monster, born out of the marvelous inventions of our society. We have technology, we have evolved as humans, but at the same time we’ve become lazy.

Laziness is my monster, my own demon that I battle everyday. I am lazy and for a long time I didn’t like to be called that. Until I realised that I am a lazy ass that wastes all his time, potential and opportunities.

I am Romanian, I’m 29 years old and I consider myself a lazy person. The people around me might disagree with that, but I know myself better than them.
