Gerson Hernandez was born in Texas and raised in House District 105 where he worked hard to build strong ties within the community.
Hernandez is the proud son of naturalized El Salvadoran immigrants and understands firsthand the lengths parents will go to give their family a greater opportunity to live the American dream. Hernandez is the Founder and Director of Agape Connect, an Irving based non-profit organization with the main priority of providing resources to those in need. Since he started in 2016, he has helped to feed thousands of people and has given away 3500 backpacks filled with school supplies to students in our schools. Will Douglas is a young business owner who has seen first hand what burdensome regulations can do to an entrepreneur. Since the Coronavirus outbreak, the owner of several pharmacies struggled with the same tough decisions like every other small business owner, with the added twist of needing to continue providing health care to his customers.
