The "Dads United Podcast" brings together three lifelong mates—Rob, John, and Dave—who, after years of playing soccer together at their local club, have reunited to share their experiences and insights on navigating the unique challenges of life as fathers. Each of the hosts brings a distinct perspective to the table, reflecting the diverse stages of fatherhood they find themselves in.

Rob, a father of two boys aged 9 and 14, contributes his wisdom gained from parenting through the different phases of childhood and adolescence. John, on the other hand, is currently immersed in the chaotic joy of raising three boys, all under the age of 5. His experiences offer a real-time glimpse into the early years of fatherhood, with its sleepless nights, tantrums, and endless energy.

Dave, the third member of the trio, has a household filled with three girls—twins aged 8 and a 5-year-old. His perspective brings a unique dynamic to the podcast, exploring the nuances of parenting daughters and the joy that comes with it.

The Dads United Podcast serves as a platform for these mates to candidly discuss the trials and triumphs of fatherhood. Listeners can expect genuine conversations about the highs and lows of parenting, with each host offering practical solutions and insights based on their personal journeys. From navigating the challenges of raising boys to the unique experiences of parenting daughters, the podcast covers a wide range of topics relevant to dads from all walks of life.

Whether you're a seasoned father looking for relatable stories or a new dad seeking guidance, the Dads United Podcast provides a humorous and heartfelt exploration of the joys and complexities of fatherhood, making it a must-listen for dads everywhere.

Day 5 of the recovery centre, surroundings now familiar, wanting to get clarity around process, timelines and state of health / next steps. Learning to relax a little and execute more patience, but that is not a natural state for me. This is the part in rehab that can get a bit repetitive. So finding my inner patience. Understandably for those with deeper issues it is very much needed.
