Social media has many pros and cons. Social media is a place to connect with other people that you usually wouldn’t be able to connect with, it can be a place to store your memories. For some people it can be a way to network. But when it comes to a point where we are struggling to post something just to get likes and shares, that's where i feel like a lot of us may be posting things for the sake of it. For the sake of validation. And that’s not a healthy mindset.
So today i'm sharing some benefits if we don't seek validation from others. Enjoy!

Do you find yourself waking up and immediately thinking about work, making those phone calls and being on high stress levels all the time? That's what the hustle culture taught us to idolise. While there's nothing wrong with working hard, how much are you sacrificing as you're hustling to achieve your goals? Is it worth it? This episode of vertigo taught me that taking things slow and resting is essential to "hustling" for the long run. WAMBLE RAMBLE. I'm trying out a new segment called the WAMBLE to take a break from the usual imperfect guide to life, and just see what's going on online these days. I stumbled across this post by Steven Bartlett which seemed to resonate with a lot of my peers and decided to do a ramble on it! Think of WAMBLE as a casual chat with me. Sit back, relax and WAMBLE with me. Show notes: - https://www.instagram.com/p/CCbjpr2A1t5/

You probably need some practise saying No. Here are some tips that I found helpful in learning how to put myself first; and how to say No in these situations.

It can also be helpful if you feel like your weekends don't leave you well rested enough to tackle the week ahead. This one's for you. Have a topic for me?
