John and Jonathan, two former collegiate athletes, go on a journey to live healthier lives. Follow us as we try various activities to help us get back in shape and stay active. We'll be discussing a range of topics from sports to health and wellness.

Kyrie Irving, point guard of the Brooklyn Nets, has been suspended for a minimum of five games. After firing their head coach Steve Nash, the Brooklyn Nets may hire Ime Udoka, who had recently been fired by the Boston Celtics for having intimate relations with a staff member. John predicts that Kyle Rittenhouse will be president some day and Jonathan reveals his struggles with his religious faith.
