Day 10 and I've just done the co-commentary on Italy v Costa Rica for the BBC.
Italy were poor, but of course the result means what we all suspected is definite - England are out of the World Cup without having played their three games.
It's time for them to make some decisions as a team from the top, at grass roots level and for the captain too.
It's been another long day of traveling the length of Brazil, so a positive performance and result from England would have finished it nicely!
As we all know, it wasn't to be...here are my thoughts on the Uruguay defeat.

What a day! Covered Mexico v Cameroon for BBC 5 Live in torrential rain - it's been pouring here for nearly 12 hours now.

Had a great team bonding night with the MOTD boys ... some great stories, food and a couple of drinks.
Today I have discovered Copacabana beach and comfy toilet seats!
