Safer Foundation is one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit providers of services designed exclusively for people with criminal records. Our vision is to have equal employment opportunities for people with criminal records thereby improving the socio-economic well-being of the individual, their family, and community. Safer Transitions is our very own radio show that aired on WVON AM 1690 Chicago from March to May on Saturdays at 2 PM. During our show, we discuss issues relating to reentry and social justice; as well as explore solutions and share opportunities with several special guests.
