Last, just like in years past, Joe and A.J. give their highest-lowest scoring fantasy game of the week, along with their sleepers and busts at the main three position. This year they will give their defense to stream as well.

Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth are back this week to continue their 2017 Fantasy Baseball Position Previews. In this show they get into the Second Base and Shortstop positions.

They begin with Second Base. This once shallow position is now one of the deepest in all of baseball. Altuve is on top of the mountain, but there is plenty of value to be had here.

Some questions answered are: Is Trea Turner the real deal? Which Robinson Cano will we get? Can Daniel Murphy repeat his monster 2016?

Next they move to Shortstops. This position is loaded with young talent in the majors now.

Now that Manny Machado has SS eligibility, does this boost his draft stock? Can Jonathan Villar repeat 2016? Where do we draft Jose Peraza now that he has the starting job to himself?

Next we touch on some NFL Preseason Week 1 headlines, from the Titans running game to Dax Prescott wowing us in Dallas.

MLB news and notes are on tap as well, with Stanton getting injured and how things have settled post-trade deadline.

Welcome back to the Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Joe and A.J. will be your hosts for this All-Star episode of the podcast.

This week the guys will be relaxing a bit and having some fun while the pros are enjoying their All-Star Break.

First we discuss Joe's Scott Fish Bowl, #SFB480, draft.

This league is very different than your typical one. There are 480 teams that are all vying for one championship trophy. It is broken down into 40, 12-team leagues and the top teams from each league will be combined into a super playoff.

Rosters are 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/4Flex (1 being a super-flex), oh and 11 bench spots. You better draft well. The different scoring settings are half-ppr, except for tight ends who get a full-prr. The biggest kicker is the 0.25 point per rushing attempt.

The guys take a look at the first few picks in Joe's league and discuss what his strategy is moving forward.

Next they give their list of Fantasy Baseball All-Stars for 2016. Joe will take the AL and A.J. will take the NL and put together the best starting squad for the repsective conferences.

Welcome back to another episode of The Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Joe and A.J. are here after a long Fourth of July weekend to get you back into the swing of things.

We start off with the big bomb that dropped this weekend and that is Kevin Durant leaving Oklahoma City and signing with Golden State, making a big four. We answer questions about the Fantasy value for these players in the 2016 season.

Our main topic today is going to be discussing some of the performances in Fantasy Baseball up to this point, now that we have gotten over the half-way point. Do we think these are the "real" players we can expect the rest of the season? Or are these "fake"?

Welcome back to the Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Your hosts tonight, as always, are Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth.

Tonight we start off by brining on Senior Writer at RotoExperts and FNTSY to talk about the Consensus Fantasy Football Top 100 Rankings series he put together over at RotoExperts. You can find the last article of it over at RotoExperts.

He has asked all the experts their opinion of things. Now it is our turn to ask him some questions about these rankings.

We can't forget about Fantasy Baseball though. We touch on the recent new and injuries to keep you in the know.

Next we talk about some NBA Free Agency. Where will Kevin Durant sign? Will the Warriors actually get him? A lot of other top notch free agents available that we hit on.

Time permitted we will have a Dick Bixby rant tonight, but regardess. We finish with Twitter questions.

Welcome back to The Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Joe and A.J. will be your hosts for this episode. which we get into Fantasy Football Kickers, yes that's right Kickers.

There is quite the debate out there between a bunch of Fantasy Analysts about whether or not to use kickers in your Fantasy Football league. There are a lot of points to be made on both sides of the arguement. Both are very valid, but the question remains is it time for a change?

First though we talk about the conclusion of the NBA FInals in which the Cavaliers did the "seemingly" impossible and came back from a 3-1 deficit to win the NBA Championship. Much congrarts to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers for brining a championship to the city of Cleveland for the first time in 52 years.

We then finish up with some Fantasy Baseball news, including injuries and waiver pickups as we start entering the warmer months of the season.

A.J.'s alter ego, Dick Bixby, give his rant. Perhaps he'll give us another "Get off my lawn kid" moment like he did last week. Stay tuned.

Welcome to the Fantasy Six Pack Hour. Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth are your co-hosts. We have a packed show full of Fantasy Football and Baseball hot topics ready for you.

We start off with some quick NBA Finals talk. Was this a calculated suspension by the NBA to suspend Draymond Green? If it was, it surely worked as LeBron and Kyrie went off for over 40 points.

Then move onto some quick talk about the fight that happened while we were on air last week between Manny Machado and Yordano Ventura and the subsequent suspensions.

The big topic this week is the 2016 FSTA Fantasy Football draft that happened June 13. We talk about some of the interesting trends and picks that happened during this draft. If you want to follow along with what we are discussing here are the draft results. http://www.rtsports.com/siriusxm.

We then get back into Fantasy Baseball with some updated injury news and waiver wire picks that you should look at.

A.J.'s rant this week is going to be a good one. He talks about the innings pitched limit in Fantasy Baseball leagues and how you can easily go over it in a weekly league to "skirt" the rules. This is something that bothers him a lot and he needs to vent.

As always We finish with Twitter questions. Each week we try to answer all your questions on air. So send them in to @fantasysixpack or @AppleGarthAlgar and hear your questions get answered live on air.

Welcome back to the Fantasy Six Pack hour. Your hosts are your truely, Joe Bond and A.J. Applegarth.

We have a lot of Fantasy Baseball news to cover tonight as the injury bug has hit hard over the last week. From David Wright and Hunter Pence to Michael Brantley and Brandon Guyer. We give some good news with guys returning along with some Waiver Wire help to cover for those injured players. We also talk about some super prospects, Jameson Taillon and Byron Buxton.

First though we start off with some bad news about the passing of legends Muhammad Ali and Kimbo Slice. Both made major impacts in their respsective sports. Ali the much greater known and more of a legend than Kimbo, but Kimbo deserves his own recognition.

After all that we will do a Fantasy Football early ADP game. I will give A.J. two player and ask him which he would draft first. Then I will reveal the current ADP, which is compiled on Fantasy Pros right now.

We are back! After a week off, we are happy to be back and ready to provide some Fantasy insight along with just having some fun.

Fantasy Football is creeping up on us quickly and now is the time to start preparing. This week we will start off the prep by having a one round 12-team mock draft.

A.J. begins by taking the first overall player and then we alternate picks until. This is meant to be for 12-teams not two teams picking 12 players, so it is a true test of what the first round would look like.

We then get into some quick baseball updates since we were out last week there is a lot to catch up on. Lots of injuries to update.

Next we have some real fun. Memorial Day just passed and for most of us that mean cookouts with friends and family. We give you our top 10 foods to have at a Memorial Day cookout.

Welcome back for another episode of the Fantasy Six Pack Hour. We have some great topics to cover for you today.

We must begin with the punch heard by everybody. Rougned Odor got a great hit on Jose Bautista on Sunday after the Rangers first retaliated from Joey Bats bat flip from last years ALDS by hitting him. Then Bautista decided to relatiate again by sliding hard into second base, illegally now, and chaos insued. He definitely took the worst of it. We give you our thoughts on the whole thing.

Next we welcome Seth Klein (@SethDaSportsMan) from The Fantasy Fix to talk about some Fantasy Sports Etiquette. This conversation stems from poor etiquette involving a trade he had "agreed" on by email. You can follow a trail of messages he had with said owner here. We'll talk about that and other things that you should and should not do as a Fantasy owner.

We finish up with A.J.'s aka Dick Bixby's rant for the week. Last week we got a rant about tissue boxes on the back seat of cars. What will we get this week?

We finish with Twitter questions. Each week we try to answer all your questions on air. So send them in to @fantasysixpack or @AppleGarthAlgar and hear your questions get answered live on air.

Last week we took a week off from Fantasy Baseball to discuss the NFL Draft Winners & Losers. This week we are excited to get back to some baseball talk.

We start off by diving into some of the stars who are still struggling. It has been over a month, so at this point it is starting to become more than just a poor start. Do we think these players will turn things around or is this looking like something of a more long term issue?

There were quite a few injuries last week that have really affected Fantasy Baseball rosters. We give the major updates and advice for how to move on without some of these key players, such as Garrett Richards.

We invite Rob Moccio back on the show to give some waiver wire adds you should seriously consider this week, especially if you have one of the injuries affect you.

A.J. has his rant for the week. Listen in to hear him get fired up about about his topic of choice.

A.J and Joe are excited to continue with more 2016 Fantasy Baseball draft preparation.

Our topic du jour is 'How to be a good league commissioner'.

Running a league can be very fun, but at the same time it is work and you need to take is seriously. Leagues fold because of bad commissioner's.

We are here to give you some tips of things to do and not to do when running your league.

Next we get into some recent ADP numbers. We discuss whether or not the player is being over or undervalued at that price.

We are back to finish up our position previews for the 2016 season by talking about the starting and relief pitchers.

First we cover some of the latest news in baseball, including Carter Capps, Jhonny Peralta and Pedro Alvarez.

For starting pitching, it is a very deep position, but one that the top tier players have improved some much over the past few years. How does that change our strategy going into 2016?

Also cover hot topics such as is Jake Arrieta for real? Can the new San Fran duo bounce back this year? Can stars bouncback from injury plagued 2015's? Super Sophmores and prospects.

Relief pitching is such a roulette wheel all season long, you just never seem to know where the ball is going to drop and the closer loses their job. This makes drafting this position very interesting to me.

Also what to do about Aroldis Chapman? Can Glen Perkins return to form? And the one guy you think will ultimately close that isn't set to start the season that way.

Of course we finish each position with our sleepers and busts.

As always can call into the show and join in on the conversation or ask us any questions. If you don’t want to call in you can send us messages on Twitter @FantasySixPack and @AppleGarthAlgar.

A.J and Joe are back to discuss the OF Position Preview for the upcoming 2016 Fantasy Baseball season.

First we give you the latest news that happened in baseball over the past week, including the Ian Desmond signing.

The outfield is deep, always is, but it is always top heavy with guys who can produce at elite five-tool caliber levels. How many of these top guys should you target? Is A.J. Pollock really a first round pick? J.D Martinez and top-10 outfielder? When is George Springet going to breakout and give us 30/30?

We follow that up with our sleeper and bust picks for the position as well.

Then we finish up with some strategy. Points leagues, Roto, H2H categories. They all require just a slight difference in the way you draft manage your team. We cover the main points to help you win your league this year.

A day later this week than usual, we are back to discuss the next position in the 2016 Fantasy Baseball position previews, third base.

Third base is pretty loaded this year with lot of youngsters who really took the next step into stardom last season. Manny Machado, Nolan Arenado, Kris Bryant are just some players that took the next step. We discuss them and a few of the vets like what exactly should we do with David Wright this season?

We also will have a fun discussion on whether to use FAAB (free agent acquisition budget) in your Fantasy Baseball leagues?

As always call into the show or send us messages on Twitter, @FantasySixPack and @AppleGarthAlgar

A.J and Joe are back and moving on with our 2016 Fantasy Baseball Positoin Previews. For this show we will be covering the second base and shortstop positions.

Second base is an interesting position this year. It is generally viewed as one that is not very deep, but maybe we are all wrong. We'll cover that and get into if Dee Gordon is really the No. 1 or No. 2 second baseman? What to expect from Anthony Rendon and can Robinson Cano and Ian Kinsler still be top options given their older age?

Shortstop is loaded with young up and coming talent and there is a lot of excitement around this position, especially Carlos Correa. We go into depth on him and ask what to expect from other 2nd year players such as Francisco Lindor and Addison Russell? The last major topic is the shortstops on the move, Ian Desmond, Starlin Castro and Jean Segura, and will a change of scenery do them well.

Along with those specific topics for each position, we also will go through some draft strategies, sleeper and busts for each one.

As always call in or tweet us during the show @fantasysixpack (Joe) or @AppleGarthAlgar (A.J.) to give us your opinion or ask a question.

A.J and Joe are back and ready to roll. Today we are excited as we begin our 2016 Fantasy Baseball Position previews.

We start with the catchers. We all know about Buster Posey and even up and comer, Kyle Schwarber. But what can you expect from them and the other guys? When do you draft your catcher? How about single catcher vs. two catcher league? We cover that and more.

Next is the First Base preview. There are some real studs at this position, but this year feels like there is a lot less depth at the position than in recent years. Should you worry about Miguel Cabrera's injury history? Can Votto repeat last season? Is more decline expected for Albert Pujols?

We also give our sleepers and busts at each position as well.

As always call in or tweet us during the show @fantasysixpack (Joe) or @AppleGarthAlgar (A.J.) to give us your opinion or ask a question.

We are back folks and ready to fully transition to Fantasy Baseball!

Since we have been on break a lot has happened.

We start with the FSTA draft. This in my opinion is the start to the Fantasy Baseball draft season. A group of 13 great minds get together for this league and kind of set the tone for the rest of the draft season. We break it down to let you know some of the more interesting picks of the draft.

We'll finish up by discussing the last month of free agent signings and trades from Chris Davis to the Corey Dickerson trade, that will affect your Fantasy Baseball season.
