Here we are again discussing Fetishes for this week's topic I chose leg worship or crurophilia. Body worship is prevalent in many different fetishes. How leg worship shows itself can be a need to touch the skin, or it can be a fascination from afar. Some groups state this fetish came about because of the western world's push for women to do such things as shave or wear skimpy clothing. While this may give exposure to the body part, the fetish-like most goes back well before the United States even started. It is easier now to feed those desires through the internet, photographs, and fashion. Just because people are given more convenient access to their fetish does not mean the obsession is modern.

When I first started learning about different fetishes, there was one that I rank in the harmless fetishes; that confused me. The reason for the confusion was partly because I was still learning about sexuality quirks and how they began in each person. The ignore fetish is self-explanatory. I have not seen it in women, but I am more exposed to the men's side of sexual fixations than the women. The fetish is at its basic since composed of knowing that someone is aware they could give you attention, but they choose to ignore you completely. Like all fetishes, there are different degrees of this, and each one is unique to the person involved. Some people enjoy a small amount of interaction. I know you're there, but you are not worthy of my time. Others seem to want a more extreme where no attention granted to them in any way they are not looked at; they are not acknowledged they do not exist in that world. Some people enjoy the humiliation element of it. The only time of acknowledgment is either through sarcastic discussion or being addressed through humiliation.
Some people enjoy acknowledgment in more of a reward system. An example of this would be I say nothing to you until you do something of value for me, and then I give you a small reward or praise. The type of people that enjoy this form does not want to be humiliated but rewarded. Humiliation for them is excruciating; they are seeking out making another person happy enough to give them a small amount of attention. From my limited experience with this, it seems to go back to pre-adolescence but maybe not far back as childhood.
The ones that are the most fascinating for me are the ones that enjoy humiliation. Almost all humiliation fetishes seem to stem from interactions and relationships of preadolescents to pre-adult. Someone that is looking for communication of a humiliation level that involves being ignored; desires typically that interaction be extreme. Fetishes, in many ways, are a coping mechanism, almost a tick. That does not make them wrong, nor does it make them good; it just describes what they are. For people who do not interact with fetishes, it can be hard to empathize with the driving nature behind them, when people are not empathetic that they can be cruel in a way that is unhealthy for someone. Whether that is asking a person what is wrong with them or in a sarcastic way of telling a person, they should not be doing a particular fetish.
Throughout the years, my interaction of fetishes and those that have them, the one thing that I find troubling is the lack of the ability to talk to those closest to them. A husband who does not feel safe in marriage to express his wants and desires to his spouse or expose his inner pain from past events will often reach out to a perceived, safer environment. When we are in a close relationship with someone, it seems common for a significant other to utilize our weakest points during an argument. This action could cause substantial harm to someone who has an ignore fetish. They enjoy the sensual or sexual side of the fetish; no one wants to be intentionally harmed by another. There is a vast chasm of difference between a play scenario and a real-life situation.

Generally, I write the blog then do the podcast after by writing everything out it helps me formulate my thoughts. Tonight I decided to switch everything up and do the ramblings before the writing. I can remember being a young teen and the demi bra being the topic of all girls' conversations. The padding and push gave even the smallest chests a nice cleavage. Women do not understand the power of their bodies and what they can entice a man to do for them. It can be fun to push a man into situations to see if we can. There are two sides to BDSM play that which is seen online in fantasy and the one practiced by those that live it. The fantasy world of pornography would have the viewer believe that the dominant is the person in control of all play. The fantasy is far from what is practiced by those that live the lifestyle every day. One of the cornerstones of BDSM play is communication. In a stable relationship with a submissive and a dominant discussion of sessions and rules is done regularly. BDSM teaches that all interactions should be discussed before the play and then again after.
Aftercare is needed to protect the psychological mindset of the submissive. It is a time set aside to cuddle and revisit the events of playtime. The set time gives the dominant feedback on the experience from the submissive's perspective. All humans need intimate interaction to stay emotionally healthy. Modern relationships often neglect the fundamental need of those involved. BDSM makes it part of the rules of play.
While the dominant decides on how a play session will proceed, the rules are always set by the submissive. A relationship fails if communication is not a central part. About a week ago, I posted a question on Instagram (dianesadventures) asking people to tell me about their favorite fetish. I received several responses I will delve into these at a later date. Pegging was the top response from everyone who responded. As an erotic writer, I want to include scenes that my readers enjoy. I have composed several short stories this year, and none of them have this fetish. There was no reason for excluding pegging other than I had not thought about it. I will be including a few scenes in upcoming stories. Pegging would work well for my Declarations of Married Cuckolds series that I am currently finishing up. I can also envision a couple of scenes in upcoming chapters of Hill's Hades maybe even a darker scenario for Raven Hills.
Pegging is a recent term placed onto an ancient sexual practice. There are depictions of women using strap-on and dildos in Roman graffiti. In the 1700s Marquis de Sade discussed the method of female on male dildo use in his literary works. In more modern times during the 1950s, the author William Burroughs included a pegging scene in a novel. The term pegging is current; it gained popularity during the early 1990s from a sex advice column composed by Dan Savage. The most recent mainstream depiction came from the famous movie series of Deadpool.
