Hey there, it’s nice to meet you! I’m Angela! I have been through the trenches of postpartum depression and anxiety, and have been diagnosed with having Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and PTSD. When I say that I know your hurt, I mean it. I’ve been there. While I'm not a licensed therapist, I will be bringing you tips that I've learned over the years to you help you deal with your mental illness. If you just need some encouragement from time to time or want to help a friend or family member who is struggling with their mental health journey, then this is for you.
